of 2nd. class citizens and such !

While all eyes are focused on the Permatang Pauh by-election, elsewhere a despicable act of torture takes place....only that the victim in question is 9 years and 10 months old and the perpetrators are our custodians of the law ( men-in-blue) and in the sanctity of a police station too !

......the 9 years and 10 months old was handcuffed to his back and police choked him, hung him upside down during interrogation.

Logeswaran was also threatened and terrorised with a parang and a gun held by policemen if he did not admit stealing the teacher's belongings. His legs were also bound and had his head banged against the wall, resulting in large swell on the back of his head.

He also alleged police attempted to burn his private parts with a lighted plastic covering but his son managed to wriggle away and the burning plastic drippings burned his right foot.....(full story here)

There you have it folks, another case of absolute abuse of power and thuggery by our men in blue against an infant !! What more can I say about our enforcers and up-holders of the law??

Will Mr.IGP care to comment on this , sir ? Or will there be another special squad formed to look into these allegations before an "inquiry" is held and in the meantime these "monsters-in-blue" who dare pick on innocents are free to intimidate the victim and his family ?? Would the perpetrators (read police) be charged for extreme child abuse and trauma ? And why must the parents get a police request (Borong 59) before a doctor in a government hospital can examine the victim ? For crying out loud it was the police themselves who are the perpetrators, so how now ??

IT is indeed sad to be a 2nd. class citizen and in the lower social strata of civil society !
Shit happens !...curiously though, only The Sun paper carried this story, hmmmmm !

**The Penal Code under Section 82 states: "Nothing is an offence which is done by a child under 10 years of age." Logeswaran is only nine years and 10 months old.

Whatever reports or investigation may be carried out by any parties, ultimately these papers need to pass through the AG office.

Police and AG are Abang Adik in every sense. So what do we expect ultimately???

NO-CASE !!!!!!!!!!!

Somehow or another... Sweet old Malaysia is going to be even worse in the future... Until everyone of us decides to say to each other in similar cases like this, "Brother/sister, please live with it"

mr fish, off topic. Don't listen or read any media the BN OWNS. Please don't as they are out to paint and spin the PR in a negative light. Spining lies is the UNMO way to riches and raping the rakyat again and again. We know what 50 years of UNMO shit we have had. Let's vote and see what PR can deliver. Nothing to loose here as we have lost everything under BN for 50 years, Our pride, religions and morals have been dragged in mud for 50 years. I say boycott and refuse any spin by BN. Don't listen or read anything BN. I read only independent political blogs like yours and a few others and draw my own conclusions ok. Down with BN. - fed-up malaysian.

Malaysian police are cowards and bullies. They are like a pack of wild coyotes ganging up on weaker individuals. We must expose these blue shielded criminals in the media, newspapers, internet.
Logeswaran.... punish the cops through lawsuits and expose the scum/jackass that they are.

Can Malaysians expect the police to investigate their own CRIMES???

I agree with Zorro. Let's have some evidence on what Shanghai is reporting.

Evidence ? Probably most of you guys were busy cheering the PM-in waiting to notice micro things like some pixmen getting beat up by some goons. And some might even say they were Barisan goons dressed as PR supporters. That might even be the truth.Khalid Ibrahim doubts that the attackers are PKR Supporters.Well guys ,Photographers usually Know who assaults them, and i say usually . NST's Mohd Sarien was badly hit and lost his camera and thanks to Halim the Frenchie ,he wasnt hurt even more. And NO,the guy who chocked Guang Ming photographer Hoay Hoon during Anwar;s rally was NOT a PKR supporter,if you guys wanna belive that. And yes Shanghai, its kinda sad having Form 5 failures wearing Blue and not evening knowing the Basic "Nothing is an offence which is done by a child under 10 years of age." And i dont think Mr.IGP CARES Bro!

Ooooohh... of course Mr Zorro. And we should and must always only believe what you say.
After all it should also be okay for photographers serving the mainstream media to be killed right?
Because they only shoot pictures that don't matter to you? Right? They are not human because they serve a newspaper that you're campaigning against right? Oh, and of course, newspapers ONLY carry lies, right??
And let me guess.. That's also not what you said or meant either, right??
Okay, okay, I agree... It is only wrong when people who campaign in line with your beliefs get beaten up. Okay. And when you don't see it, that means it didn't happen, right?
My poor colleague. Wonder how he feels. Ohh.. And what he feels doesn't matter because he works for the New Straits Times, right?
What a wonderful world!!!

to two faced, perhaps you should start sueing the Sun paper, as is clear evidence on my link which reported this story and you missed by a "high-lighted in red" mile. And to "cheeky me" I have nothing to be ashamed of, you moron ! Only you have to be ashamed of your self for continuinng to living in denial and not explaining what I should be ashamed of. i am a proud Malaysian and am not ashamed of it but of those that abuse the system in the name of my King, kapish ?
