of "favoured" looters of the nation.

And why not a Royal Commission of Inquiry to investigate the missing jet engines and the "squandering" of the RM100 billion of the rakyat's money by the great Tun, as claimed in a book by the Australian Barry Wain, Datuk Seri Nazri Abdul Aziz , huh ? (read here )

What is there to hide ? Have we the citizens no right to know the truth ? We demand to know why this act of treason ( the jet engines) by the certain "defenders of the nation" was not brought to the firing squad ? We demand to know why it took so long to investigate and only now it became "accidental" public knowledge ? And don't tell us we don't have a right to know everything and pray tell me too why was a high-ranking General dismissed BUT without loosing his retirement benefits, in the jet engines debacle, why ? What kind of punishment was that ? That is transparency ? This is justice for selling the sovereign's military hard-ware ? I have said it was treason ( here ) before and nobody should be spared the firing squad, so why the kid-gloves for this "favoured" thieves/bandits/looters/plunderers ?

After all the great Tun himself has openly promised to cooperate fully with the commission, yes ? And why not as demanded by us, the tax-paying citizens of the country, as it is an obvious and open secret the suspicious credibility of our judiciary as nothing but a stooge and subservient to their paymasters bidding, right ? Can these wrongs be "righted" in a fair and just manner, independently ? So go the RCI way !

So Mr. Minister-in-the-Prime-Minister's-Department.....you can stop saying it is "rubbish" and listen to the rakyat, please, just LISTEN ! That's the least you can do as a responsible minister, okay ? Let's see some real heads "rock and rolling" in 2010....and don't forget we are still waiting for up-dates ( if there IS any) on the PKFZ, Khir Toyo, Samy Velu, MCA, Altantuya, PI Bala,Teoh Beng Hock and numerous other crimes and "cock-ups" brought to book...fast !

Don't get into a frenzy only when it comes to "little" non-issues concerning the Opposition to distract our attention from the many and real shenanigan's of the BN. You owe us, "rakyat" , answers !

Over to you Mr. Minister, In-the-Prime-Minister's-Department !

Not a very pretty picture huh ?

Here's wishing you a Blessed Christmas and I'm really looking forward to the New Year.....hmmmm...cos that's when more trash will be unearthed, more arrests of "innocents" perhaps ? More accusations, finger-pointing, denials and suing of individuals will be brought out in the open, evil deeds and thoughts done in the past will be exposed, the nations' integrity will be once again dragged through shit, past "crocked" and dubious deals involving cronyism and nepotism will be challenged, sodomy, C4, toothless judiciary, corruption, memory loss, murder, robbery, rape of individuals and the nation, bail-outs, embezzlement, siphoning-off from tax-payers coffers and not to forget the many mismanagement by government servants and of tax-paying "citizens-funded" vehicles like cars, trucks, ships submarines, planes and jets will be sitting pretty on the tarmac without engines or parts et cetera ....et cetera ....et ceteraaaaa .....sighhhhh !
Pheeew....what an exciting country we live in while we "entertain" the whole world !

All in all it was an "grand" year sprinkled with both good and bad news and it's only going to get more EXPLOSIVE come the new year of 2010 BUT I'm expressing my sincere gratitude to the Almighty God/Allah for surviving 2009 !

Can't wait for 2010 ! And in the meantime I thank you one and all as I raise my glass to you and "scream" at the top of my voice........CHEERS !

*see the Christmas tree above ? No shiny lights or colour and imagine "barb-wire" for trimmings ! That's what we've become now ! Sigh !

we are the CHAMPIONS my friend....(sing to Queens' hit )

We now all know that in Malaysia everyone can fly...or so goes the catchy tag-line of a "no frills" air-line company.......but how many can steal an entire jet engine worth RM50 million of the country's proud air force and sell it to buyers outside of the country ? This is high treason ! (read here and here and tv smith's skewered version here )

Yes Malaysia Boleh ! Only in Malaysia can such dubious "transactions" take place. And how, pray tell me, did this engine get past all those various exit points, really baffles me ! And this robbery took place in a high security air base by some who swore and pledged allegiance to sovereign and country ! And this is quietly being reported only now ! Hmmmmm....of course lah they'll say this case was still under investigation and blah, blah, blah ! Maybe they were too embarrassed to let the tax-paying citizens know the of such bloopers !! Shy lah !
And this, according to one Armed Forces chief Gen Tan Sri Azizan Ariffin is only the "tip of the iceberg" ! Hmmmm ! More to come ?

We have before lost an entire arsenal of deadly military weapons by men dressed-up as bogus officers from a military base to wage war against us, yes ? Perhaps next we will see only the periscope of a docked Scorpeon proudly sticking out of the water....not realising that the entire submarine below is missing.....but then again we won't know of that till a year later, will we ???

Malaysians.....truly we are CHAMPIONS !

is racism second nature to us ?

Even if it is a weak attempt for damage control coming from one who himself was in the middle of a controversies ..... I think it is good and I must agree with Nazri just this one time ! (read here and here )

Hey...for the great Tun who was instrumental in creating this monster "racist" module called BTN and to talk about history now is so "1989", man. He fashioned this BTN curriculum in the guise of patriotism of only Malays and not all Malaysians who were born here and to still hang on to the "Tanah Melayu" and the "ketuanan Melayu" is so totally passe' ! He said that when the history of Malaysia was discussed during the BTN courses , it would be mentioned that the country was once called "Tanah Melayu" !

Now what about the Orang Asli and the natives of Sabah and Sarawak ? Will they be rejected as Malaysians if they demanded otherwise ? Why stop at "Tanah Melayu" ....why not go back ( here ) in history up to Langkasuka, Chola and Srivijaya eras ?? Are these ethnic natives not the original sons of the soil ? Is it not "tanah asli" ? It is easy now for the retired Tun who in his time did his fair share of damage for 22 years in pitting each race with the "us" and "them" split and successfully kept this country on the brink of civil strife where unity was concerned, yes ? Reminders of May 13 is still vivid in everyone minds....thanks to the propaganda churned out before every general election !

Why do these participants need a lesson in "history" in these camps, anyways ? Are they such fools who have been taught wrong in schools ? Of course "history" as we know is always in the clutches of the ruling party....and in theirs alone to manipulate and distort as they please, right ?

So Nazri, for once you are right to tell all "racists" to back-off....and if there's a glimmer of hope yet left for you !

BT Express-Revisited.

Muhyiddin has defended the BTN courses. — File pic

By Asrul Hadi Abdullah Sani

KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 27I am one of the privileged few to have attended a local public university and learned the meaning of hate, thanks to the ever popular Biro Tata Negara.

All undergraduates were forced to attend this programme or else they would not be eligible for graduation.

The BTN under the Prime Minister’s Department brought in “intellectual” speakers who were supposed to enlighten the students about the meaning of being a Malaysian but instead it felt more like a communist propaganda camp brainwashing those attending about the importance of “Ketuanan Melayu”.

The camp would usually take place during the weekends. Students would have to register early in the morning and the programme would last the whole day.

The organisers were always on their guard, asking participants to show their student identification cards each time they entered the hall, fearing the presence of outsiders.

In the hall, students were asked to turn off their mobile phones.

During the lectures, questions were planted among the audience and the students were advised not to ask any other questions.

One speaker began with the history of Malaysia and how much the country had gone through, always emphasising the May 13 riots.

He stressed the point of how much the Malays had sacrificed and how the community should be united especially from outside threat — the Chinese community.

He said that the Chinese community were “the Jews of Asia” and were just itching to take over when Malays were disunited and broken.

The speaker also revealed a greater Chinese conspiracy where the Chinese Malaysians were working together with Singapore to topple the Malay government.

“Do you want to become like the Malays in Singapore?” he asked.

He also went so far as to criticise Malay girls for dating boys from other races.

He added that they should not be cheap and embarrass their families.

Once, a student told the speaker that as Muslims, we should also respect other races who are also Muslims.

“All Muslims are Malays so it does not matter if they are Chinese or Indians. If they are Muslims then they are Malays,” the speaker replied.

This is why I was relieved when I learned that the Selangor government had moved to ban its civil servants, employees of state subsidiaries and students at state-owned education institutions from attending any BTN courses with immediate effect.

However I believe racism in varsities does not end at BTN because classrooms have also become victims of ignorant scholars.

My friend was verbally abused during his sociology class when he did not agree with the points made by his lecturer.

“You must be DKK,” the lecturer told him.

“What is DKK?” he asked.

“You must be darah keturunan keling (descendents of Indians),” the lecturer said, pointing to his dark skin.

My Saudi friend was also shocked by the comments made by his lecturer in his Islamic civilisation class.

“We should save our Orang Asli from the Chinese people. They are like the Palestinians and the Chinese are Israel. We must fight the Jews,” the lecturer told his students.

The lecturer even failed one of his students in his oral exam when he quoted a Western scholar in his presentation.

“You should be ashamed of yourselves. You are a Muslim and should only use Islamic scholars,” he scolded the student.

I was personally saddened when my Islamic law lecturer compared Christianity to Head & Shoulder’s 3 in 1 shampoo in referring to the religion’s Holy Trinity.

I feel that racism has been institutionalised in our country and that BTN is only the tip of the iceberg.

Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin defended BTN yesterday and claimed that it was not racist but is line with the 1 Malaysia concept.

I have to humbly disagree and would like to suggest maybe the ministers should bring their overseas children home and let them have a taste of what BTN is.

What more can I say about BTN and the "designers" behind it ? The above article appeared in The Malaysian Insider.( for the comments section click here )

BT Express !

Boy.... oh boy....my head is spinning !!! With all this crappy scandles popping-up all of a sudden, from all sides....from "how the government looted up to USD100million" to the Negeri MB's RM10 million transfer to London to the plunderings of millions of ringgits in Sarawak and on to the BTN issue to the PI Bala tapes to the already known PKFZ's RM12 billion rip-off issue !!! We sure have our plates full of shit !

The way I see it , we as a nation are not headed to any Zimbabwean way. We have arrived ! We are the new champions.....and for all the wrong reasons !

Going back to the BTN issue.....and after reading the numerous postings written all over the blogs, I must say this is a crying shame to those who initiated this program from an era by-gone ! Imagine the trust the tax-paying peoples of Malaysia had and still have on the current PM's call for 1Malaysia ! Is this the work of someone out to undermine the unity we so fondly speak off ? Suddenly everything we strived for seems like "misplaced-trust" and put in the hands of cannibals ! There are many past participants who now come out openly speaking of the goings-on in these national "hate" camps ! Why do we need this sort of indoctrination ? Where did our founding fathers go wrong ? We have always enjoyed and respected each others company and now this shit ! Is this an UMNO issue or a BN issue ? Who's head should roll now ? Nobody in the government wants to come out to address these issues, allegations and accusations head-on and objectively. I too am anxiously waiting ! We only have mansion-owners or "has-beens" and "irrelevants" going on defensive mode to justify past mischievous actions. And the "elegant silence" from the top is unbearable !

Was this the way our colonial master( after raping us blind first ! ) envisaged the future of this "free" country ? Maybe we should still be under our colonial masters' rule....at least that way we'll surely know we are being "buggered" left, right and centre and perhaps in time even learn to enjoy it, yes ????

This is all so shameful ! Sheeeeeesh !!

of statistics and 1shy cop !

So now it is declared that the crime rate in the city's "hot-spots" has dropped by 13% following crime prevention operations held between Aug 5 to Nov 15 this year.......hmmmm ! (read here)

So we are all happy and dandy and sure, the police deserve a pat on their back for the good job done in reducing crime in our neighbourhood. Kudos !

One question though begs an answer. How did they come-up with this statistic ? Of records of the reported crimes only or did they also take into account of the hundreds of other cases that go unreported ? Did you know, in my personal opinion only about 40% of victims' of crimes committed on the streets of the city actually go reported ? For mandatory reasons like re-applying lost government documents. ( identity cards, atm and driving licence's, yes ?)

And more often then not, if the victim was a foreigner.... he would rarely report to the police for fear of being further investigated/harassed and even arrested, as the number of foreigners living illegally here is in an alarming statistic by itself. As for genuine tourist and visitors.....most of them wouldn't even bother to report.....( trust me on this....I have encountered and spoken to a few of such snatch-theft victims ! Their story is etched deeply and on the ill-advice and warnings of former visitors/tourists who were once victims of such "mat rempits" themselves too in our fair country and they can narrate in detail the frustration they went through in the police stations when reporting such cases......and is deemed a complete waste of their time !)

So there you go....the accuracy of this statistics and I want to honestly think we can foresee an absolutely and totally "safe environment" in the near future for my near and dear ones and yours too ! Don't stop the good work and slide back to the messy reputation we have been bestowed with !

I sincerely want to single out to say a special "thank you" to this one shy cop ! Syabas ! We need more dedicated cops like you ! Hopefully someday, my faith in our police force will be redeemed and renewed ! Until then we hope for "little miracles" like this 1shy cop !

Corruption Index 2009 konon !

To view full ranking table click here. And story click here
Interesting too, to note that we are on a holding pattern at No. 56 and sharing slots with the likes of Latvia, Slovakia, Namibia and Samoa ! How about that ? Care to compare notes ?

So going by this survey conducted by Transparency International there is no such thing as the "best" or "worst" country as no country got a "ten" or "zer0", yes ? How accurate are these surveys anyways, huh ? Can these surveys be manipulated ? Hey... if there IS such a really corrupt country....then they'd even easily rig this survey, right ? So how now brown cow ?

Sad to know we've always worked so hard to be "numero uno" or "numbar wan" .....1Malaysia, tallest flag-pole, most number of people on a field doing the line-dancing, longest ketupat, tallest twin-towers, biggest satay, 1 this and 1 that ...ahhh....sighhh !!! And we are stuck in nombor 56 ! How can ?

Hmmm....so as far as I'm concerned...."semuanya okay !!!" here in my Malaysia ! I can live and let live with that, okay !
Cheers !

Moral squads and vestal virgins !

PAS moral squad to go undercover in red-light areas

By SIRA HABIBU

The Star Today:

PETALING JAYA: PAS Youth members will discard their turbans and robes for casual attire when they enter “sleazy joints” to advise Muslim and non-Muslim youths who patronise such places.-who decides what's sleazy ? Did not the authorities in the local council approve the licenses to these premises ? So your "youths" can identify sacred and sleazy places apart, huh ?

Youth chief Nasrudin Hassan Tantawi said they were embarking on an aggressive anti-free sex campaign to save the “lost souls” and were prepared to go to such places and red-light areas to reach out to youths living in a world of sin.-there's no such thing as free sex, you moron...you gotta pay boy ! Go save your own soul first before you embark on this "inquisition" ! The dark ages is here and now ! This will only open more reasons for abuse of power.

“We will advise the Muslims on the premise of religion and moral conduct,” he said.-go talk to the mat rempits in your midst....or talk to the hand ! Isn't anything taught in your schools and religious classes ? What about your parents ? The more you suppress...the more the youths will retaliate.

He added that the non-Muslims would be advised on the premise of morality, culture and Eastern values.- don't worry about the "rest of us", you crap-head ! We are all okay and have our own moral values. Eastern or Western, values remain the same...as values. See the one who has never sinned may cast the first stone ! Stop taking such a judgemental stance. And btw...what's with the "western" garb you are wearing in the picture above, huh ?

Nasrudin said moral squads would be mobilised in every state to carry out the anti-adultery and anti-vice campaigns.- start with your "pet" state Kelantan first. Review the numerous incest cases first ! then the drug scene, then the snatch cases, then the.....! That alone will keep you busy till your term in office ends.....and I hear that is coming very soon !

He said the squad members would not wear turbans and robes when visiting sleazy sites as they did not want to scare the target groups.- hey dick-head, the whole stupid idea of yours IS to scare the living shit out of your targets, yes ? And yes...wear really tight under-wears please....lest you hard-on "shines" through on these sexual raids !

“It would definitely defeat the purpose if we give them the impression that we are part of the anti-vice raiding team.- then you got no fcuking business to go to any of these "sleazy" joints in the first place, getit ? Leave it to the proper authorities ! You're apeing KayJay's rempits now !

“We want to meet the target group in person and advise them on the importance of embracing good moral values for the sake of their future, family and the country,” he said.- what a load of crap ! Your "youths" want to make some movies to upload on you-tube !

Nasrudin said the movement would give feedback to the relevant authorities, such as the Information, Communication and Culture Ministry, that dealt with social climates.- again in the pretext of the better good of the nation crap ! There seem to be a moron for a "head" in charge of "youths" in every party, I guess !

“Our aim is to save the younger generation from unhealthy influences and cultures,” he said.- yo Nash...you have no aim ! Scoring brownie points in "sleazy joints won't get you to heaven or the 57 vestal virgins....try suicide bombing in Afganistan or some other country name ending in a "stan" !

Nasrudin was speaking to reporters after meeting with International Islamic University lecturer Dr Abdul Aziz Bari, who recently wrote controversial articles about the party in a Malay tabloid.- proving this man wrong or ashamed of the truth ?

Dr Abdul Aziz was invited to brief the Youth management committee on issues raised in the articles.

“We agree with some of the points, but we also do not agree with certain points raised by the lecturer.- yeah bozo...you are the champion in everything "moral" now, yes ?

“But we respect his views,” said Nasrudin, who declined to elaborate on the differences.- Go get a life !

It's been 2 years since....sigh !

Today marks the 2nd. anniversary of the "Bersih Walk" and the trial of the 23 "armed and dangerous" people who part-took in holding candles whilst singing the "Negaraku" commemorating the first anniversary of the "Bersih" walk in the ""No to ISA" candle-light vigil near the Dewan Sivik in PJ exactly one year ago.
...someone even brought a cake commemorating the dual events coinciding with the trial of the 23 vigilliers arrested last year for holding candles and singing the "Negaraku"....
... and the hearing was postponed to the 2nd. December 2009...
....all "criminals"...were shaking their heads in disbelief....
...and supporters too ...of the waste of these arrests....
...and the "man-of-the-cloth" Fr. Paulino Miranda.... sure looked very dangerous indeed !
so at the lobby the cake was brought out by the "convicts" and their lawyers...and omg !!.... they lit-up candles again, right here in the court-house !
...lawyer Gobind Deo giving a press statement to the reporters gathered at the lobby ....
and of course a group photo of "felons" and their solicitors.....before they went "still on bail" their separate ways and to meet again on 2nd. December 2009 !

"hot hot chicken shit !"

How many of you out there have been victims of mugging at knife-point or have had your bags snatched by motor-bike riding "rempits" ? Next question....have you had your stolen items or snatched bags returned by any so called "cekap, amanah & bersih"( steadfast, fair & clean ) investigating officer of your report of the same ?

Well except for this young and plucky vigilante things have been different. She not only got back her stolen items from the snatch thief and at the same time also metted out punishment on the perpetrator ! I call it "Justice Served" and she did right !! ( read here )

These scum-bag snatch thieves have become bolder and more ruthless attacking almost anyone regardless of gender, age or race ! They seem to be having a "party- time" in the streets of all big cities for far too long and the crime rate in our country is only keeping on par with our rising costs of all essential items, well..... I'd guess maybe more, yes ?

But what has been done to curb this menace by our boys-in-blue, huh? For a few happy days about 2 months ago, I saw policemen and women patrolling on foot and waiting at strategic junctions in my "taman" and I was delighted, honestly delighted......but alas....it was over just as soon as it started. Everything is as like one commenter said "hangat hangat tahi ayam" or "hot hot chicken shit " !

What happened to the foot-patrol, Mr. IGP ? Not enough man-power suddenly ? Just pleasing and biding your "masters" will to the over-rated and pathetic 1Malaysia call ? Why start something and then let it fizzle-out when the "heat" from public ( meaning tax-payers) anger is cooled-off ?

Roadblocks are aplenty these days and are placed always at "blind" corners....almost every night after 1am. ....but they are not there to weed-out these thieving wolves on wheelies but to dampen the "headiness" of celebrating tax-payers spirits in cars ! They don't check for any bad-hats....cos first thing they do is poke their heads into your car to "smell" alcohol, then shove the breathalyser into your mouth ! Then, correct me if I am wrong.......the "negotiations" begin !

I have seen motor-cyclists making abrupt u-turns on main carriage-ways and riding head-long of on-coming cars just to escape these road-blocks. Shouldn't a few policemen on bikes be discreetly posted a few hundred meters before the road-blocks to nab these offending fiends. Surely anyone who does a u-turn before a road-block is an offender of some law, am I right ???

I could go on and on....but I have to save them for another day.....but in the meantime, I say "thank you" to this gutsy woman who put her own life in danger to save this bastard snatch thief from causing much pain and trauma to scores of other victims in the future, had he escaped from colliding into her MyVi ! Perhaps she should get a medal for "gallantry" or the PDRM should reward her with cash or at least pay for her damaged car

Kudos to you girl, whoever you are !

another "crack"-down on vocal citizens ?

UPDATES: (6:18pm.) Bernard arrived at the CCID at 2:45pm and the "questioning" lasted till 4:45pm. Below are the photos in sequence. Will do captions later.
at 2:45...I swear it was a "thumbs-up"....see his middle finger is folded..

....mingling with his "fishing" friends...
Ladies man...always obliging the ladies OR are the ladies always obliging a pose with him ?....hmmm....age matters I guess, yes ?

...checking-in...into Hotel California ?

and in they go at sharp 3pm....with lawyer/friend Ashok...

in the meantime, elsewhere out-side the FCCID, at a bus-stop across the road...friends gather and wait...even Alan came from far-away PD...."armed and dangerous" with his brolly....erhhh...notice anyone "sinister" in the shadows ?

ahhh...strategise !...Boom confers with Azmi on the next course of action..."initiate storming the building ? activate Plan B ? mobilise cyber-troopers ?...think ! ...think !".....btw is this bus-stop rigged with "hearing/seeing" devices?...now don't laugh...anything's possible, right ? That's why the soft and low whisperings....exchanged....

...what's this Haris, nice strut...parading for Armani ?

and at 4:45pm. they came out...to the waiting papazzaries and journos....

...and more questions and "guarded" answers....erhmm..well...you know... !

...okay...one last question, please...time to wrap-up, now to "light-up" and down a few "amber's".....it's been a long day for all...

...but not before Bernard was photographed against the infamous entrance wall of the Federal Commercial Crime Investigation Department in Bukit Perdana, KL. Hopefully for the last time ! Somebody should permanently draw/mark lines on this wall to measure height like in rooms in police stations, where "suspects" stand in line during identification parades, yes ?

In awhile at 3pm blogger Bernard Khoo aka "zorro-unmasked" will be having an intimate "audience" with the good and friendly people of the PDRM at the CCID head-quarters.

Other vocal and prominent bloggers like rpk, rockybru, kickdafellow, nataniel tan, bakap have all had their fair share of "brushes" with our infamous boys-in-blue.... some more than once !

Today it looks like nobody is spared...... even if it is a very senior and greying citizen pushing 70, blogging with his "graphic" conscience !

Hmmmm......subtle and friendly intimidation and "scare" tactic persuasion of vocal free-agents seem to take priority over the over-whelmingly messy voilent crime activities daily on the streets of our fair city by our tax-payer's "paid guardians" of the law !!

Sheeesh !
