Most Malaysian are surely aware and sensible enough to understand the do's and don'ts of another's customs, cultures, religions and taboos in order to claim as educated, no ?

So what has Najib been teaching his goons all along with his hollow 1Malaysia crap ?? Should not such subjects about learning and respecting your neighbours' custom, religion and tradition be taught in schools and in other racists "supremacy" programs like BTN and NS ?? Who's to be blamed for this Perkasa mutt Ibrahim's ignorance, deliberate or otherwise ?

I also strongly suspect this 'froggie' and most favoured disciple of that "father of all racists" the Tun, would have been toying with the idea of adding a billion dollars in Hell Bank notes along with his RM10 into that white ang-pow, don't you ?

I'll vote for that government who can guarantee me that the streets are safe where I can drive my car and stop at traffic lights and no one will smash my windows to grab anything from me ! I'll vote for that government who can assure me that I can leave my house unlocked and no one will walk in and ransack my it. I'll vote for that government who can guarantee that a policeman is doing his job patrolling the streets and not hiding around bends to stop me and "extort" me for not wearing a seat-belt.

Heck, I could go on and on and on but tell me honestly.....when was the last time you actually saw a cop chasing a snatch thief much less see a cop anywhere near a robbery ? I have heard about snatch thieves being beaten to a pulp by passer-bys before handing over to the cops and that's real street justice if you ask me but our boys-in-blue right are now too busy "implementing" the latest Road Department ruling on "back-passengers buckling-up" then catching "mat-rempit" snatch thieves. And these scum-bags, who most times are in twos on motorbikes, are so farking daring in their bold activities that they'll put our cops to shame at the lightning speed they get-a-way ! Reading reference at "hot hot chicken shit"

I have nothing nice to say of these government servants who are supposed to be our guardians and our neighborhoods. Of course you'll say there are some good guys in the forces too.... but damn, who gives a rat's ass for such talk ? Everyday hundreds of snatch thefts happen and only a fraction gets reported and nobody gets caught, so ?? Every month these cops collect their pay shamelessly without flinching that they did not earn that money for their integrity or honesty but had sat on their asses the entire month doing NOTHING !! Don't they have any dignity in carrying out their duty and jobs ?

And all this rot is because our police have forgotten who their "real" masters are....we the tax-paying rakyat ! I must blame this shit on nearly 50 years of BN rule and the arm-twisting and "held-at ransom" tactics from the time of that old, senile and thoroughly corrupted Tun. I did write in my earlier post "shame on you bad cops"....about what I think of them.

I find it so easy to believe the police never cared why they joined the forces for. Maybe it was for the "perks and favours" they get when stopping foreign workers by road sides to check for their passports or to hide behind bushes to spot motorists on the cell phone or without safety belts. That is the impression I have of our overnment servants in blue....and surely many out there agree with me but are too ashamed to admit it.

So going by this shit in our neighborhood alone ,I say ABU....anything but UMNO ! Yes, once UMNO is thrown out of Putrajaya, then maybe.....just maybe, these servants-in-blue will learn to serve the people who pay for their food, their holidays, their kids' education and the cloth on their back.

Until then I'll keep my options on "who to vote" closed and patiently wait for....ABU !

Now if you think this is the number 1 that the prime minister Najib holds dearly in promoting then I think something 's gone awfully wrong. Maybe the contractor was stream-lining the numero uno to appease our FLOM who is so keen on all those aerobic exercises she indulges in or maybe that the contractor had run short of funds to "fatten" the all important number Malaysians especially in BN are so fixated with.

But my guess is, 7 is that "back-door" local bred chief minister's Zamri's favorite or lucky number. I really thought 7 was what I was actually looking at and never the number 1.

Well maybe Najib has never set foot on this island cos if he did, he would be so insulted and infuriated by this thamby for making such a mockery of Najib's all important 1this and 1that !

The RAHMAN prophecy certainly rings true and nigh this Christmas. And Najib , being a beneficiary of a Christian missionary school education himself, will be the last Prime Minister from UMNO/BN. That's the way I am feeling already.

I attended a "rare" mass this evening and at the end of the mass a young priest read a short but crucial message from the Archbishop of Kuala Lumpur to a packed cathedral from all over the world and from all walks of life, regarding Datin Seri Zavirah Mohd Shaari, a Muslim, who has been appointed principle to the SMK Bukit Nanas Convent ( here ) ! I remind you, the key words stressed were " of grave and serious trampling of religious rights of privately owned schools" and as, in the title of this post.

PM Najib as usual will play dumb because he has no idea what his cabinet or Muhiyuddin is "cooking". And 1million Catholics have a date and "an axe to grind" with Najib and UMNO come the next General Election. Wonder if, in the same vein, what UMNO would do if a non-Malay is appointed perhaps, to be the next prime minister of Malaysia ?

This issue is certainly an added bonus for conversation at all open houses this Christmas ! Way to go Rahman....erhhh.... Najib ! Just like to wish you and the missus a Merry Christmas ! Take care of yourself, okay.

Who do you think is the most frustrated idiot in Penang today ?

Ever since the new government took the reins of power in Penang from Gerakan back in 2008, one man or rather one totally frustrated man with a despicable attitude or to put it in a "nutshell".......a local idiot who has made it a "jihad" to tarnish and attack whatever good the new government can do or is doing. His target is none other then Lim Guan Eng, the chief minister himself.

This simpleton must have had a very violent and deprived childhood to be so vile and uncouth. My first guess is, he must have lost out heavily on a lot of projects dished out on a platter to him by the previous government and is now facing lawsuits from uncompleted project which came to a halt when the new government scrapped all crony favoured contracts of the past government. and introduced a level playing field and transparency. Then again, he being who he is and bankrupt of ideas, need as much free publicity as he can garner to climb up the ranks in his puny political career in an equally dubious UMNO. He comes on as a strong runner-up only to that frog, Ibrahim Ali of Perkasa and the father of corruption and racism, the MahaTun if gauged with a "looney-meter" for absolute stupidity !

He is also the Komtar Traders Association vice-president apart from being the chairman of Pertubuhan Suara Anak-Anak Malaysia and a host of other silly NGO groups and is always surrounded with young and like-minded suspect "Malays" ( I'll give you the benefit to judge for yourselves) and an "untouchable" to the boys-in-blue.

He was one of two "Malays" ( the other being Perkasa Youth of Penang) who demanded former Bar Council president Ambiga's citizenship revoked ( here ) for spear-heading the July "Bersih" walk.

Again he was the rouge who chanted anti racial slur and disrupted traffic as usual after Friday prayers ( here ) while the cops looked the other way.

In July he caused a stir with bras and panties ( here ).

Then he made another stupid publicity stunt ala MG Pandithan ( here )

And now with this latest cheap and shitty stunt ( here ) we can confirm what this village idiot is made off and where he's heading to.....if not to the mental hospital, flushed into the sewers and out to the Jelutong river!

And this cretin is the "hired" product of UMNO, a party Najib claims as moderate, modern and unifying, yes ? With these type of crass creatures vying for party post to govern us, UMNO is doomed and Najib will be dumped come the next GE ! And the favour of who to vote next is nicely cut out for the Opposition. Go figure Mr. Prime Minister.

One thing's for sure, he's definitely somehow related to that old and senile ex-prime minister the Tun. I can see the resemblance somewhere or they could both be from the same "kampung" back in their native Kerala but I'd also bet my last ringgit, the old "paw-peh, paw-peh" geezer would say otherwise and that he cannot remember this particular village idiot from Adam.

...what would have been " a-walk-in-the-park"

It should have been "a walk in the park" yesterday 10th. December 2011, was instead a gathering round some Christmas trees in the atrium of the KLCC, no thanks for the advice of the learned lawyers of the KLCC advisory body. Correct me if I am wrong, but should not an injunction from any court name the individual persons and not a loose gathering of people in an injunction ? Maybe there was no injunction in the first place but then who's going to know anyways, right ?

There were about a hundred donning tees in bright and "Bersih" colour and maybe a few hundreds more who were in muftis with streaks of yellow somewhere in the design, but nevertheless they were there in numbers and gave their support wholeheartedly. Below are some pictures of some light moments at the peaceful assembly of our rakyat for your viewing pleasure.

...the management decided that Saturday would be an ideal day to wash the lake-side walkway of the KLCC park. So barricades were put up to keep anyone from peacefully "loitering" around the area.....

...so the crowd decided to mill around the Christmas trees and making a statement to the management of KLCC that nothing is going to stop our citizens from assemblying, meeting or gathering peacefully anywhere in OUR country.....

....most came to shop, meet and gather and sing songs as they pleased and I was glad to see a good mix of tax-paying citizens of this country spending some time away from their computers and out there.....

...this blogger even went to greet the security head with a warm hand-shake....

while our very own "mother teresa" of Madagascar beamed approvingly.....notice that yellow shopping-bag on her shoulder.

....ahhh.....cup cakes.....to die for ! And yellow cream topping too. All 300 cups specially made and distributed to all present here at KLCC by Dian Abdullah....for free ! I even saw some tourists happily helping themselves to some.

...this guy gobbled a whole cup cake and nearly choked....

Over here, we go around the blocks for 4 days the maximum in a group of 20 i.e., children and adults, dressed like Santa, carry a guitar and other smaller musical instruments. Never have loud speakers. How much of noise can we be making ? The police had last year asked for list of the Christmas songs, not enough that they want the lyrics also. Is this fair ? And the Government is calling USA racist !!

Who would spend RM 15 million for his marriage and yet have his face blurred on his wedding pictures ? The bride in question is none other then Syella Kamaruddin, a little know singer but has made the big time now with her marriage to this elusive VVIP recently. She became the second wife to this amorous retired civil servant, who also showered her with a RM5 million bungalow and an Audi R8 amongst others as goodies to seal the deal. But I am stumped numb understanding that if he was a high ranking and retired civil servant living off of the tax-payers generosity and on a retiree's pension, how could he afford such an excessively grandiose second marriage that's got all the trimmings of an English wedding ?

This is the tongue of a politician. With this tongue a politician will promise you mostly heaven and make all your problems look like they would be solved the minute you voted him in. With this tongue he would tell you the sweetest things you want to hear more so if he's got everything to lose if he lost an election. More so if his loss is blamed, in domino effect, the fall of the entire party and history, re-written. This is the double-speak tongue a politician of the BN will use at will. For nearly 54 years the lies and the double-speak has been churned out continuously that I want to puke everytime I hear one of them speak now.

BN a party that thrived on lies, nepotism, cronyism, corruption and savagery and even unleashed fear into the hearts of it's citizens should they vote otherwise. A party that thinks they have brain-washed the mind-sets of the rural folks into think they are the "saviors" to this country. This party is nearing extinction with it's crass behavior of its uncouth members, hundreds of scandals from robbing or siphoning public coffers of billions of tax-payers ringgits, absolute corruption to abuse of power by the authorities, raping the Judiciary and Police and spreading racism and to even murder. And we the rakyat are to be blamed time and again for being "sold" by this double-speak party.

Try as I want to write something "nice" about our police force I come to a blank ! Never has the Malaysian police department been up to their nose in shitty and dirty corruption then at the present time !

These guardians of our lives and protectors of our neighbourhood and streets are the very crooks we tax-paying citizens have to fear most ! They have tarnished the good name of law and order they so solemnly swore to up-hold without fear or favour ! Of course you might argue there are some good cops still and I'm not being fair to paint them all in one brush, no ? But the facts and there's just too many of them, far out-weighs whatever good a few cops can do or have done. There is no redemption in sight and all credibility is eroded. Finito !

Police brutality and deaths in the once very sacred hollow of their stations are common occurrence. Bribes and threats go hand-in-hand. Laziness and greed are qualities bred with years of service. Serving and sucking-up to the affluent is business as usual. Denying the lowly educated and poor is also okay in a days work. Cover-ups and "fixing" a wrong can also be bargained for the right price. In fact I could go on and on but then again is there anything I know you don't know yourself already ?

Famous and over-used line is..... "we are investigating, so don't speculate or you could be charged for spreading rumours" or "we have set up a special committee to look into that" is bullshit meant for kampung folks ! Sorry we don't buy that shit anymore !

Such is the SOP of our officers-in-blue and the rakyat is pissed off beyond belief and have not one thing nice to say of them. Poor excuse for human beings, that's what they are. A police force that will immediately spring into action when their political masters say 'go'... a force that is like a blood-hound chained in a cage without food and water for a month. A well fed force that will deploy hundreds and use their mighty water cannon and tear-gas to arrest at will once their political masters say 'arrest them' ! A force that has no respect for the very hand ( read you and me-as tax-payers ) that feeds them monthly with a fat salary from our blood and sweat earned ringgits.

I am so damn angry, so bloody pissed off with these morons-in-blue after I read this ( here ) ! Talk about making a police report about a robbery in a police station by a policeman who was guarding evidence taken from another bunch of bandits, the MACC of Malaysia by his fellow policemen thieves....ptuii !!

Bribing is second nature in BN. Corruption is a way of life in BN. And government servants who are paid with the rakyat's tax ringgits are but pawns in the BN game plan, can be bought with a bottle of whisky ? Great smoking thunders roll as it's raining Deepavali hampers in Batu Pahat as UMNO desperately tries to win the hearts of an "outcast" minority for their votes to stay in power and continue buggering us for the next 50 years !

These gifts are first bought with tax-payers money and secondly any form of bribery is a sin in God/Allah's eyes. So what is the Muslim DPM trying to convey here ? It's not a sin to offer or receive bribes as long as it is seen to be coming from their "masters" in UMNO ? And the bribing of a very noble profession like teachers is the moral thing to do, Mr. Muhyiddin Yassin ? And this other village simpleton from Batu Pahat MP Mohd Puad Zarkashi thinks he's got the "pariahs" by their balls to vote for them ? Can you think of anything cheaper then this stunt ?

Damn will these "pendatangs" be if they can be insulted as cheap drunkards and still suck-up to these bigots and vote them in, in the next general elections ! Damn too will they be if they cannot see through the corrupt laden manoeuvrings of UMNO and demand that totally discriminating "Interlok" crap they call literature to be removed immediately !

Wake up bloody Malaysians of remote Indian origins.....now is the time to hit back. For the record Mr. Prime Minister, screw MIC, MCA or Gerakan....they are history !

But Mr. PM sir, how can you get the "nambikai" of these people when your battle cry is "even if our bodies are crushed and our lives lost, brothers and sisters, whatever happens, we must defend Putrajaya” crap and allow all those keris-waving, mouth-frothing, cow-head dragging, racists mongrels of your government to roam the streets with their venom contrary to your fraudulent 1Malaysia sloganeering ?

Our politicians, at any given time, are engaged in some kind of sex either physically or verbally somewhere. Even in the august house sex and sexual discrimination ( that animal Dung errhh....Bung comes to mind !) is always a popular and laughing matter ! No, the judiciary too has it's fair share of carnal knowledge in chambers. The police and prisons personnel "negotiate" their share of "forced sex" ( ask those pretty ladies who have been "propositioned" at road-blocks and police stations or the many sexy female illegal "dolls" holed up in detention centres....but of cause "brotherhood" is a strong bond and denial is instant, cos no "victim" wants to walk on thin ice fingering these "predators" for fear of back-lash, right ? Sex is the most sought after medium in transactions or to "buy" favours in businesses with the authorities apart from that obvious cash inducement. What are we thinking of Malaysians ?? Sexual favours are most welcomed here. Fornication is cool and easy for those in "POWER" !

I heard the 2012 Budget speech by our "cool" prime minister who spoke at length of "goodies, goodies and more goodies" and if this is not a "buy election" speech then I don't know what it is ! Some points really irked me bad so go and read the full text of his speech here.

I was somewhat perplexed when he started the speech and at point no.5 After 53 budgets, 10 Five Year Development Plans, three Outline Perspective Plans, all under the umbrella of the New Economic Policy, 1971-1990, National Development Policy, 1991-2000 and the National Vision Policy, 2001-2010, today we continue our journey together towards becoming a developed and high-income nation......and then later on Subsidies he slyly injects subsidies, incentives and assistance totaling RM33.2bil will still be continued......huh ?....what can I say huh, to his administration guided by the philosophy of 1Malaysia “People's First, Performance Now.”...subsidies or to put it bluntly "crutches" for a nation even after 54 years ? Man oh man, is this ever going to stop ?

And for government servants he has promised an additional half-month bonus and RM500 for pensioners....hmmm...timely I'd say and let me see, Najib clearly needs the comforting knowledge of at least knowing he's got his servants voting for his party, or will they ? Never mind about intergrity and dedication in job ethics when they perform in their duties towards the tax-paying rakyat ....just keep them happy, at any cost and be assured of their vote, sir ?

And at the mention of heritage tourism development in Taiping in the Northern Corridor I protest and want to go ballistic. Just leave my town alone. I don't want your goons to touch the picturesque and majestic beauty of my Lake Gardens and it's lovely canopy of 150 year old trees that dips its branches of shoots lightly on the waters of the lakes to be replaced by plastic red, yellow, purple and blue palm trees and what-not just like what that moron Toyo did in his "eye-city" and Shah Alam municipality ! Just leave it be. Everyone knows the ageless beauty and heritage rich Taiping without any "tempe"-lift, okay ? Just let it be......comprendo ?

My last point is of the RM90million allocation for the provision of basic necessities for the 190,000 Orang Asli nationwide with the majority residing in Pahang and Perak. Hello...Mr. PM, what about our Orang Asal in Sabah and Sarawak ? Nothing for them ? Are they not included in our national budget ? No deal for them because they are not the original people of Malaysia ? This RM90 million works out to about RM 473.00 per Orang Asli. That's all ? And that is IF they are getting any real money at all while some sneaky "napoleon" clasps and rubs his palms in glee ! Poor chaps......our original natives of this land will always be kept below poverty lines and in the foot-hills far from civilisation lest they know their rights and start demanding their share of the spoils !

Why should Guan Eng apologise for running down a fellow chief minister of the Johor state with regards to the high crime rate as compared to Penang state ? Johore is notorious for broad-daylight criminal activities, no ?

Frankly all chief ministers should be ashamed of themselves if they cannot give an order to the police in their respective state to do their job as guardians of the law and instill in their dumb heads who actually pays their salaries each month. And more importantly it is the police who are the real shameless free-loaders who collect their wages monthly of the tax-payers hard earned ringgits and sit on their ass waiting for directives from their UMNO masters to disrupt and make arrests at any civil society activity as long as it has not got the BN's blessing, right ?

So if CM Lim Guan Eng had indeed criticised the alarming state of criminal activities in Johor, at least he's got balls to criticise his fellow CMs instead of covering their asses in a "adik-beradik" fashion.

This country has gone crazy where crime is concerned as snatch-thieves, muggers, burglars and mat-rempits boldly RULE the streets in any given state and town ! Shouldn't the police be blamed entirely for all the mess ?? I certainly will put the blame squarely on the totally lazy attitude of these trigger-happy government servants in blue who abuse their powers absolutely and throw the blame on uncooperative citizens for not "tipping" them off to solve petty and neighbourhood crimes effectively. Seeing why we need to live in a gated or "caged" neighbourhood explains, yes ?

But if it concerns a big-shot "datuk" or any BN napoleon living in a fancy address who lodges a police report, you can be sure these boys-in-blue will come running instantly to the doorsteps to take reports or round up a few suspects immediately and throw the book on them and complete the investigations within a day or so and case solved and closed.

Funny how we have all read so many times and on so many different months and years apart in the papers of a certain "mamak" gang being completely wiped-out. And year after year they have wiped-out the same gang and closed the case. Mamak gang has clones, perhaps ?

Now back to that "bad-mouthing" remarks of Guan Eng.....chief ministers, like all other government servants should be given incentives and rewards for daring to finger a fellow chief minister without fear and favour. That is the only way to go in a civil society as they too are duty-bound and answerable to the tax-paying citizens as only in a civilised state can the citizens be free to walk the streets without fear of snatch-thieves, muggers and mat-rempits.

Way to go Guan Eng.... the citizens and especially the tourists in Penang are more free to venture out further without fear of these scumbag snatch-thieves,muggers and mat-rempits any time of day ! The police in Penang are maybe a bit more "citizen conscious" and patrol the streets then their counter-parts everywhere else who are hiding behind bushes to catch speeding motorists and cell-phone using drivers to "negotiate" their offenses !

statement by EC deputy chairperson Wan Ahmad Wan Omar that "the errors were due to negligence of the clerks." hahahaha !

The EC, with cooperation from the National Registration Department (NRD), removed the names of 69,293 dead voters and 1,068 others stripped of their citizenship from the electoral roll between July and Sept 15.

EC secretary Kamaruddin Mohamed Baria, disclosing this in a statement yesterday, also said the collaborative effort was mounted to clean up the roll as continuous preparation to face the next general election.

The EC is also in the midst of investigating the status of 50,000 other voters in the electoral roll to ensure that mistakes are not made in removing names.

"The investigation requires the EC to refer (to) and get confirmation from various authorities including the NRD, armed forces and the police concerning the voter's citizenship status and identity card number, as well as their status in the forces and police," he said.

He stressed that the removal of names and investigation of the status of voters has been due to sustained pressure from the rakyat.

Does this also mean they will be freed without a case immediately ? What about the charges ? Will they be dropped too or transferred to the 2 new laws ? What about the 2 NEW laws to be enacted after the ISA 1960 repeal ? Will they be the ISA in a new packaging ? Why 2 laws to replace 1 draconian law ? Is the EO completely being repealed or is there another "prawn underneath the noddle" (do your own translation in Bahasa please ! ) gift ? And what about the section 27 of Police Act 1967 over-ruling the Federal Constitution ? Can meh or just talk only ??

Now that the Prime Minister has announced ( here ) of "conditional" gifts of changes which are yet to be tabled in Parliament read very carefully below of what we bargained for all from those many many times many of us held lit-candles in silent prayer at peaceful assemblies but were chased and some manhandled and arrested by Najib's bullyboys-in-blue ;

>Allowing greater freedom to assemble by reviewing Section 27 of the Police Act 1967 by taking into consideration Article 10 of the Federal Constitution which guarantees every citizen with the right to freedom of speech and assembly

See folks, we certainly welcome any "gift" Najib is offering the rakyat on this auspicious day with thanks. Sure it does make this day brighter. We Malaysians are a decent lot with decent values and manners. But remember nothing is certain yet as the august house has not passed as law. Hi ! Some time ago I came across a pro-abortion article in a seemingly innocent English Workbook for Form 2 students. I doubt that we have exhausted all topics for sample articles; this is most assuredly an attempt to desensitize young people (as young as 14 years old !! ) to the horrors of abortion. I want to highlight 2 sentences:

1. "Her dad took her to the clinic the next day to have her abortion done."

2. "The abortion went like clockwork and without any difficulties and Mary came out of the clinic as healthy as before."

The first sentence is a tragedy, the second a bloody lie.

Pathetic ! They'd drive at any issues that would not put food on the table but to save their asses from remarks "accidentally" uttered in frenzy. Others will deny out-right and accuse the media of misquoting them. Our 1Malaysia PM Najib reminded the people on the second day of Aidilfitri not to forget the sacrifices and struggles of our forefathers in fighting for the country's independence and of past leaders in freeing Malaya from the colonialists.

May I ask what percentage of our young here in Malaysia can actually claim this "right of their forefathers struggles" in "fighting" for independence in Malaya, huh ? As I know it then, the only struggle we were faced with then was with the communist insurgents who were out to override this country with their "Mao-idealism" run by the British but were kept at bay by our local police and military headed mostly by a "white tuan" around the 50's. Before that it was the Japanese who peddled from the north to conquered this land that was ruled by the British with the help of the Malay rulers. Again it was also the commies who were the itch the Jap's couldn't scratch with their constant ambushes at face-offs.

When the British since the 1800's were done siphoning our wealth and sucking our natural resources "like sugarcane into juice rollers" and enriching their Sovereign King and Queen they then shared their spoils with their crony stake-holders from plantations to mining. There was nothing left or so they thought, when they in their "uppity English generosity" practically invited our forefathers to take-over and rule Malaya like on a silver platter. Yes, there were many who had sacrificed with their lives, but our country's struggles were mainly with insurgents from within. We never took up arms to drive the British out, did we ? But we took pride when a Bugis prince and slave trader assassinated an English Resident back in the late 1800's ( here ) and we hail the assassin a folk hero, no ? We were aided by the British and the Aussies here then as a member of the Commonwealth to ward off the commies and scare the Indons off during the "confrontation" stand-off .

I remember my father used to be in telecommunication in the 1930's onwards. till the day he passed on at 50 in 1967. He helped build what we today call Telekoms Malaysia way before World War II. Although his contribution may be small or even be scoffed at by arrogance of today's standards, nevertheless he too was a citizen responsible for building and shaping this country long before independence. So let's face it and truth be told.....we as Malaya then were a peace-loving nation. Never were we as Malaysians ever were as threatened in our history as in the present NOW.

Yes, and thanks to a frustrated young Indian man in power for 22 long bloody years, we are now more threatened with the influx of the millions of Indons ( read legitimate Malaysians now ) walking in and out of our country, the mass migration of Africans, the pretext of higher education Chinese nationals, the cheap labour of Myamarees, Filipinas and Banglas, and now ( drum-roll please ) take a whole new look at this critically mocking revelations from Iranians here and we are officially certified a doomed nation ! What a shame !

Nobody asks, how so many can just walk into Malaysia and call it home ? I say corruption ! Corruption at every level of the ruling system has brought about this cancerous disease and this stigma is here to stay until it is rooted and booted out completely....starting with Putrajaya !

When was the last time you had the misfortune to visit a government office ? I did today and boy was I shocked at the "laziness" these government offices permeated. Well I can understand that this IS the holy month of Ramadan and can also try and forgive the pace the staff got this going at 3pm, but that is not what I'm entirely concerned about.

My concern is the lack of the 1Malaysia bullshit from Najib ! Where is the many colours of the different races in these government offices ?? All I saw was just 1ONE race of what Najib has been harping the past 2 years or so ! Where are the "mata sepits" and the "pariahs" ? Are they not Malaysians too ? Is there still a quota in every government job ? Why are the various races that are supposed to reflect Najib's 1Malaysia, not reflected in equal numbers in every government office so that when times like Ramadan, the Malays can relax a bit while the other races can keep the government machinery well oiled and in top performance to serve the tax-paying public, no ? And the same will be so too when the other races have their various festivities. "People first....Performance now".......ayie....Mr. Prime Minister ?

I don't know how it is with Opposition run states. I really hope the situation there is different with the state government employing all races at all levels and not keep the lowly positions like gardeners, drivers and toilet cleaners for a certain race and the better positions for others. Can somebody tell me if Selangor and Penang gives every race, I mean every race must include all races, not just Malays, Chinese and Indians... a level playing field equally without being biased and prejudiced as seen in Putrajaya and Kuala Lumpur ?? I really want to know if indeed the Opposition is practising what it has been preaching i.e. equality for all and employment based on merit and not on quota of race and religion.

Going by what the Home Ministry reports ( here ) today, it'll be easier for an Indonesian or Bangladeshi to find employment with this government here then the 2nd. class citizens or "pendatangs" and the indigenous natives (the true bumiputeras) of Malaysia can ever dream off !

For 18 bloody years Koh Tsu Koon did nothing and before him going back to the early days of Gerakan ruling Penang, development and foreign investment were mediocre. For a long time when you took the ferry from Butterworth, before the Penang bridge was constructed by the Koreans, Komtar was the only building sticking out like a sore thumb on a rather flat piece of pre-war and colonial buildings on this island then know as "The Pearl of the Orient" !

In less then 3 years since the "tsunami" of March 8, 2008, ( here ) Unesco listed Penang as a World Heritage Site, just four months after Lim Guan Eng took over. Penang topped total capital investments in manufacturing projects in 2010 by attracting RM12.24 billion, up nearly five times compared to RM2.17 billion in 2009. And this shameless Koh Tsu Koon said Penang would have been similarly successful even if BN was retained in 2008.

Hey Koh Tsu Koon, you lost by popular vote, you were deemed hopeless and even with all your political manipulation the people gave the then Opposition a landslide victory through the ballot box loud and clear that you had not served them at all and that they cannot tolerate the rubbish you called "government" and have had enough of your "chingay" drama ! By the way what happened to the annual "chingay" parade, huh ? Was that too deemed "haram" by KIMMA or Perkasa and UMNO ??

Would Koh Tsu Koon sing this same tune and take the blame IF suppose Penang and Lim Guan Eng and his DAP had failed miserably ? Would he not now admit that Penang under his charge for 18 fcuking years did not even make 10% of what Lim Guan Eng has acheived in just under 3 short years ? Has this moron Koh no shame at all ? He was rejected out-right by the people of Penang in 2008, and is now on a short leash in the PM's stable as a rabid and frothing mongrel to do Najib's dirty work in Penang. Does he not know when to shut up ? He's a washed out political, an irrelevant has-been and from the same cess-pool as the likes of Mahathir, Toyo and Samy.

A friend of my friend dug this from the archives of a library in Ohio University , USA. It is a program/souvenir booklet of KGMMB (Kesatuan Guru-Guru Melayu Malaysia Barat)'s AGM 1968, and this Guinness advertisement appeared on pg.2, side by side with a message from the then Deputy Prime Minister the Sr. Razak on pg. 3.

Can you picture this in today's landscape ? What hypocrites our people have become ! Nobody kicked-up a fuss then. Mind you, this was a teachers union souvenir, okay ! Everything was as it was then......plain and accepted, without brainless morons like Ibrahim Ali protesting and waving his "ketuanan keris" and crap and making a fool of the entire populace every time , but not a single word is uttered from his filthy mouth of the daily blind rape of the citizens with corruption being the order of the day in every strata of our government that is to be of service to civil society !

Guidelines For Muslims Celebrating Religious Festivals Of Non-Muslims

The 68th muzakarah of the National Fatwa Committee for Islamic Religious Affairs on April 12, 2005 discussed the Guidelines For Muslims Celebrating Religious Festivals Of Non-Muslims. The muzakarah has decided that:

In determining the non-Muslim celebrations that can be attended by Muslims, several main criteria should serve as guidelines so as not to contradict the teachings of Islam. The criteria are as follows:

The event is not accompanied by ceremonies that are against the Islamic faith (aqidah).

The meaning of “against the Islamic faith (aqidah)” is a thing, act, word or situation which if conducted will lead to tarnishing the faith (aqidah) of Muslims.

For example:

to include religious symbols such as the cross, installing lights, candles, Christmas tree and so forth;
to sing religious songs;
to put any religious markings on the forehead, or other markings onto parts of the body;
to deliver speech or gestures in the form of a praise to the non-Muslim religion;
to bow or conduct acts of honour to the religious ceremony of non-Muslims.

The event is not accompanied by acts against the Islamic law.

The meaning of “against the Islamic law” is a thing, act, word or situation which if conducted will contradict the Islamic teachings practised by the Muslim community.

For example:

Wearing red costumes like Santa Claus or other garments that reflect religion;
Serving intoxicating food or beverages and the likes;
Having sounds or ornaments like church bells, Christmas tree, temple or breaking of coconuts;
Having ceremonies with elements of gaming, worship, cult, superstitions and the likes.

The event is not accompanied by “acts that contradict with moral and cultural development of Muslim society” in this country.

The meaning of “acts that contradict with moral and cultural development of Muslim society” is a thing, act, word or situation which if conducted will contradict the values and norms of the Muslim society of this country which adheres to the Islamic teachings based on Ahlus Sunnah Wal-Jamaah.

For example:

Mixing freely without any limit or manners;
Wearing conspicuous clothing;
Singing songs that contain lyrics of obscenity and worship;
Organising programmes such as beauty pageants, cock fighting and such.

The event is not accompanied by acts that can “stir the sensitivity of Muslim community”.

The meaning of “stir the sensitivity of Muslim community” is a thing, act, word or situation which if conducted will offend the feelings of Muslims about their beliefs and practices.

For Example:

Speeches or songs in the form of non-Muslim religious propaganda;
Speeches that insult the Muslims;
Speeches that insult Islam;
Presentations with the aim to ridicule the religious belief of Muslims.

The organisers and the public are asked to get the views of religious authorities before organising or attending celebrations of non-Muslims.

I'm a muslim woman and fasting at the moment, but it certainly doesn't 'offend' me if other people continue their normal activities around me such as having tea or snacking, that's their prerogative! Maybe I wouldn't go out for a lunch and sit through others eating a full meal. but the onus is definitely on me to decline. Also if the pastry was on the same plate and hence perhaps cooked with the pork sausage, Tamsin, as a muslim shouldn't be parting in this - so really even within muslims there are many who differ in observing the rules.

A lot of fuss over very little I think. A fellow teacher was a Hindu, in a predominantly white school, but the pupils all wished him Merry Christmas, sent him cards and asked what his children were getting. He didn't take offense, he smiled and said thank you, if questioned about his plans for the break, he might explain his beliefs, but he was never upset. The same seems to have applied to this man. Too much of the racial trouble is stirred by other people taking offense on behalf of someone else!

Oh so what, it is his choice to do Ramadan, he can't expect everyone else to say no or expect the programme producers to change the format, just because of one guy!! I am sure he wasn't offended or bothered by it, it may have made him feel a bit peckish but hey, it isn't the end of the world, get over it already. We cannot mollycoddle everyone with a different religious belief, they didn't belittle him or force him to eat it - so no harm done. Our general religion in England isn't one where we have ramadan, so it isn't really our problem.

1st.world laws vs 3rd.world criminals

1.Riot :

an expression or declaration of objection, disapproval, or dissent, often in opposition to something a person is powerless to prevent or avoid.

Now which part of the 4 verbs and definitions above do simpletons not understand ? To compare and justify the riots in England (here) and the Malaysian BERSIH rally/protest/demonstration (here) in the same vein is utterly stupid. To say that there was violence by the protesters here in Malaysia is a blatant lie. I was there ( at least in one part of the city as you can see from the photos in the link which I snapped with my own camera !) so show me if the faces in the pictures looked thuggish or threatening in any way in any of the photographs.

The only aggression apparent here in Malaysia was the brute force of our police who for no reason and without provocation fired rounds and rounds of tear gas into peaceful marchers from all walks of life and jetted down on unarmed citizens chemical-laced water, charging into crowds to even kick, punch and beat many before arresting 1,600 in under 4 hours for being there to express and exercise their fundamental rights for a common stand as in Nos.2, 3 and 4 of the definition above and which so many arm-chair critics who were nowhere near the rally failed to understand but condemn the rally participants by reading what the government controlled media fed them.

Looking now at the scenes in London, me thinks our "trigger-happy" cops would have a field day mowing-down the unruly and wild mob of opportunistic looters with their guns and maybe would have even confiscated the "bounty" from the looters for themselves. Because English law prohibits the street cops from carrying arms but truncheons, many gangsters and looters there took advantage of the "1st world soft" approach of the bobbies and only when the situation now gets to an extremely high and dangerous level.....out comes the water-canons ! Can the same be said of our "thugs"-in-blue back home ? Here they conduct "preemptive" road-blocks and arrests days before a rally is due and frustrate the masses into believing the worst and then expect the non-participants to lay the blame on the rally-goers !

Well what can I say of the London rioters but it's a crying shame as the looters there were damn lucky we didn't dispatch our boys-in-blue immediately on Day 1 to merry old England to quell the situation sooner !

Who is Ms. Mah ...and other follies !

Two important issues that happened in the last 2 days need the rakyat's immediate attention and demand for answers. Of course lah I'm exaggerating here ! 2 is just what comes to mind right now from the hundreds of other issues that begs for answers actually and with no solution in sight !

First is the shocking Mismah-gate expose' ( as it is fast being known as !) wherein a Permanent Resident named Mismah, in 4 hours becomes from a foreigner to a citizen first and immediately an eligible voter. All in four hours! Can you believe that ?? A voter immediately ? No cooling-off period ? Citizenship with a "vote for BN or else......." deal ? When highlighted by an online news portal, a quick change to plan B by the EC. Clever ?

The Election Commission is regrettable the biggest servile outfit and you should hear the EC head and "suck-up" artist extraordinaire Abdul Aziz Yusof's (pictured above) rebuttal with lies during this holy month of Ramadan, akin to a little kid who was caught jerking-off, fumbled trying to cover-up by pointing his filthy finger to the National Registration Department's "technical negligence" and so on and so on....oh..so pathetic.

The electoral roll has been tainted, compromised and manipulated. No excuses ! The future of this country's ruling party is in the hands of this one moron, and he's playing to the UMNO master's gallery with much debauchery ! This guy actually believes we, the rakyat or citizens are plain stooopid !! ( here )
If I had my way........he'd be lynched by only one of his testicles from a durian tree.

I believe that this Ms.Mah ( notice there's no second name or address, but of course some will defend with a "it's in the "micro-chip" lah bodoh !" reply. ) expose' was the reasons and the answer to the hundreds and thousands who braved the tear-gas and water-canons in the city on July 9th. See, this was just one of the many irregularities in the EC apart from being the ruling party's subservient lap-dog that gave rise to the many frustrated tax-paying citizens demanding for reforms, never mind about politicians hijacking the original intentions of the BERSIH organisers. These ARE issues and the EC needs reforms, period ! And anyone who still want to blame the politicians and labelling the 709 as wrongful and unnecessary are nothing but unprincipled weasels themselves not worthy of their citizenship as Malaysians. Perkasa and Ibrahim Ali jolt my mind in an instant ! How can one condone corrupt malpractices that are so glaringly staring like in your face and still shrug and say "semuanya okay lah ", huh ?

And second, the raid on the Christian church by a bunch of "holier-than-thou" watch-dog committee called JAIS ( Islamic Affairs Department of Selangor) and the PDRM (police department of Malaysia- by and large the most corrupt and brutal force to face-off with !)

The current Selangor government and the Chief Minister Khalid are duty-bound to answer to the rakyat why this happened. Khalid must start with the sacking of the state executive councillor and moron Hasan Ali. ( here and here ) This will also go to show the watch-dogs in JAIS who's in charge and if this Islamic department has abused it's position and behaved in a manner most unbecoming of their master Najib's 1Malaysia crap so soon after his visit to Rome to see the Pontiff then I say scrap the damn department itself. Do we need so many unnecessary departments and worst is they being paid with the rakyat's hard-earned tax monies ? Over-zealous and half baked morons act as if they have a God-given right to barge into any place of worship without even a warrant. And even as I write this post, some jack-ass bigot will be planning another "jihad" against another religion and making Najib's "no control" in situations against his Utopian 1Malaysia Unity tag making his tenure as short as possible. Or the Sultan has to also say something as all matters of the Islamic religion are under is purview yes ? As for the moron Hassan Ali....he too must be hung by his other testicle !

Yes now I'd like to ask where are all the champions of the Christian faith who'd run and make police reports for lesser sins ? Should they not protest and report this unlawful raid against Christians that seriously threatens the peace, stability and national unity as it rocks the very foundations of this great country of ours ?

Huh.....another "pariah" (I will still use this derogatory term loosely to describe all Malaysians of remote Indian origins, yours truly included, as long as "Interlok" is used as a literature text book in our education system !) gets to be a full minister ! A guy who lost in the last general election but still ascended to be the president of the almost irrelevant Malaysian Indian community. The party that never protested against the usage of that derogatory term used in educating all future children of this nation. ( here )

Coming back to Datuk G. Palanivel's rise into PM Najib's department as a full minister, again it is not without 'conditions' imposed by the now infamous "deal or no deal" Prime Minister. Najib "Now MIC has to deliver and we (government) can deliver to show our sincerity." Again Najib thinks he is addressing the Indians of India and not Malaysians. Can you see MIC is said,"them" and we the "government" here referred to UMNO ?? Come on lah...does this sound like 1Malaysia to you ?? Is there nothing Najib will do out of love for the citizens of Malaysia without classifying them as races and without conditions ? What a shame it'll be when come election time and Palanivel cannot deliver. 1Malaysia....what a joke hehehe !!

The way the Prime Minister's ratings with the common folks is free-falling earthwards since the arrest of the PSM6, BERSIH, Ibrahim Ali and his "bloody" brag of 709 and then after meeting the "yellow" Queen of England and the Catholic Pontiff offers a new deal again with Christians here demanding respect to religion, I think he has failed miserably just like his now abandoned and pathetic 1Malaysia crap.

So how is this "Indian-man" going to make a difference to the PM's flagging ratings and BN in particular ? Surely sly Palanivel will be a mere "yes" man, window dressing the PM's colourful department together with that other discard from Gerakan, Koh Tsu Khoon. Have you noticed how silent they all were in all issues stated in para 3 above ? Can they even speak up against the "taiko" of the PM's department, the ever loud and brash Nazri Aziz ? And these are the goons who are representing the respective "immigrants" in their charges, yes ?

Increasing his cabinet won't guarantee a win in the next election when the PM speaks with a forked-tongue to his people. Making deals and "brokering" with his component party leaders is totally unacceptable, dishonest and down right cheap.

The recent deportation of the French lawyer William Bourdon, a lawyer engaged by Suara Rakyat Malaysia (Suaram) or Citizen's Voice Malaysia has set many a tongue wagging not just here in Malaysia but also internationally ( read here ) .

Although the reasons given by the immigration as Bourdon having violated his social visit visa by giving a speech at a fund-raising dinner in Penang, it is clearly understood by the thinking-masses it was the police who were directed to arrest him and hand-over to the immigration for deportation. And we all know who the police take their orders from, right ? The BN government of the day aka Najib !

Now if any of you traveled overseas and are invited by your host to speak at a forum/dinner there, would you be violating your visit pass ? Surely not unless you are in Malaysia and was speaking of a corrupt deal cum "murder most foul" in a government defense purchase from France that could if proven true in a French court, implicate the very position of the man who holds the highest position in public office in our country......the Prime Minister himself !

If this French lawyer is a liar and Najib is not afraid of the truth why can't the government use the proper channel to refute those alleged accusations ? That is what is always preached by Najib's government to all angry and dissatisfied citizens like you and me, yes ? Sue this Frenchie for all he's worth in a court of law. This act of deportation has increased the suspicions of mere speculators here and world-wide of higher level government involvement. Habis lah !

It seems this government is so fearful of the truth. Why...I speculate in knowing wonder ! There's going to be laughter in the French courts when the jesters get roasted and some big foreign VVIP wipes his sweaty forehead in the docks while getting fried and grilled by attorneys and then heads will rock and roll !

Our Prime Minister is making one blunder after another. The 2Bersih sweep by brutal police crack-down on his "unarmed and tax-paying citizens" in yellow and the fate of the now famous Emergency Order 6 ( EO6) who were neither communist nor waging war against the King and still in limbo was the mother of all blunders our Prime Minister has bungled recently followed by that "slap" of a picture with the Queen of England mocking him in a rare choice of "Bersih" yellow in Buckingham. Who ARE his ill-advisors huh....pray tell ??? Democracy in Malaysia is but just a word from the English dictionary, nothing more, nothing less ! All hail the new Dictator....a prodigy of MahaFiruan !

Then came Najib's "deal" to Christians to respect Islam to be respected. A request most unbecoming of a Prime Minister to his own tax-paying citizens so soon after his unexplained agenda and audience with the Pope ! Wonder what "suspicious" Archbishop Pakiam would have whispered in Latin into the Pope's ear for Najib to react in this unprofessional way. Another bad move and certainly does not go down well to the nearly 90% Christian voters in Sabah and Sarawak alone discounting those from the peninsular.

Beware the next GE, Mr. UMNO Prime Minister, but beware most of all those who are even closer to you......for somewhere therein LIES the TRUTH !

BERSIH2- sybas Malaysians !

I joined the BERSIH2 rally because I was at the first BERSIH walk in 2007 to demand the resignation of Pak Lah the then PM and now again join the thousands of tax-paying citizens who have had enough of the lies and bullying from the current regime which is corrupt to the core and sees simple reforms in the electoral system for fair and clean elections as irrelevant.

To say that PR politicians hijacked the first rally and again today is no better then saying Perkasa is not a racist group and Mahathir is not an Indian. So ? Then there are some I know who live in "ivory towers" and condemn anyone taking part in walks or rallies like they were born in lalaland. This walk is for and by the rakyat. Period.

A known fact is, politicians from any party, in any public rally love to steal the thunder from anybody. Today's chants of "reformasi" and "takbir" were quickly followed by "bersih" and "hidup rakyat" as the main chant through-out the 2 hours I spent with these thousands of ordinary and simple folks who braved the many salvos of the PDRM's tear-gas attack and were there for only one purpose. To send a loud and clear message to the lying and arrogant government run by Najib who under-mined the Kings consent to recognise the rights of his subjects and the use of the Merdeka stadium for the BERSIH organisers.

All credibility was lost on the BN regime today when the rakyat defied the many road blocks and threats of arrests just so they can exercise their fundamental right to walk where they want in their own country peacefully. Is that a crime ? And it is a pity to see the police bidding their political master's dirty work as they charged continuously at the hundreds of unarmed tax-paying citizens who actually pay their salaries every month. And the only violence evident today was the brute behavior of our guardians, the police force. What a shame.

Drawing attention to oneself has to have noble intentions. But drawing negative attention for all the wrong reasons and making a fool of themselves seems to be what these clowns are getting. ( read here and here )
In the first link, 2 "suspect" Malays want His Majesty to revoke the citizenship of the BERSIH2 chairperson Ambiga thus making a fool of themselves as they too are masquerading as Malays without revealing their true identities and in the second link this "clown" as Nazri Aziz wishes to refer him as, needs no introduction for being the infamous "amphibious" politician who rants and raves for every body's blood except Malays in UMNO, is deeply hurt and embarrassed because His Majesty has out-rightly refused to grant him an audience. This so-called champion of /for Malay rights guardian and beloved protege of that old and senile racist Tun has become a household joke now.

So what is to become of these "cheap-show stealers" credibilities now ? Have they in the first place any right to demand for His Majesty to revoke Ambiga's right as a citizen when His Majesty himself has graciously granted her his royal ear to hear her out ? And by doing so the King has indirectly given his stamp of approval that what this gutsy lady stands for has a case of merit and must be heard. His Majesty has also unwittingly legalised the BERSIH2 movement what the BN government had termed "illegal" from the offset. But His Majesty thinks otherwise.
What will these "jokers" think of next ?

So again, just to get a "shiok sendiri" feeling to amuse the kampung folks, PM Najib has gotten himself in a tight situation. Allow the gathering in a stadium is to not offend His Majesty, deploying the police to instill fear will keep the crowd small, arresting those wearing BERSIH2 tee-shirts will weaken and demoralise the participants, and in the latest developments, police permits for the stadium venues are still within the PM's influence as government run televisions stations keep continuously playing clips demonising street rallies and glorifying to high heaven of his stellar rule even when we the rakyat have been looked upon in the King's favour.

Sigh........it's tough being a Malaysian, and even tougher being a "thinking" Malaysian......sigh !!!

KUALA LUMPUR, July 3 — The Yang di-Pertuan Agong, Tuanku Mizan Zainal Abidin, moved to defuse tension tonight, advising the Najib administration and Bersih 2.0 to hold consultations over the issue of free and fair elections.

The constitutional monarch rarely issues edicts or statements but the heightened atmosphere over the past week has prompted Istana Negara's intervention.

“I urge that amid the political fervour of a section of the people to bolster democracy in our country, it must also be ensured that this demand on democracy does not bring destruction to the country.,” the King said.

He added that the people “cannot be following too much the practices in other countries, as harmony and stability are vital foundations for a country and which all quarters must protect”.

“I also urge the government to carry out everything that is entrusted to it by the people in a just and wise manner, and it is important that I as the Yang di-Pertuan Agong do not want to see this country with a plural society in a situation where there is animosity among them or a section of the people being enemies with the government, on whatever grounds.

“When any problem arises, we as a civilised society must resolve it through consultations and not follow our emotions, as the Malay saying goes, “Yang Dikejar Tak Dapat Yang Dikendong Berciciran (Not getting what we chase and spilling what we carry),” Tuanku Mizan added.

He pointed out that street demonstrations bring more bad than good “although the original intention is good, saying that the people should focus on “our main objective to develop this country, and not create problems that will cause the country to lag behind”

“Remember that there is no land where the rain does not fall, there is no ocean that is not turbulent.

“That is how important moderation and compromise is, which has been long been in practice by our nation’s administration,” he said, expressing confidence that Datuk Seri Najib Razak can handle the issue.

Yes, bells are indeed ringing alarmingly 'loud and clear' from international communities on hearing of the atrocities of "comic excuses" for the many blatant arrests of citizens wanting reforms in an incompetent and corrupt electoral system in my country, Malaysia. ( read here )

It used to be "lit candles" a few years ago when civil society in Malaysia gathered at Sunday night vigils to abolish the 7th. century b.c. draconian law called the Internal Security Act but today the twist is 'waging war against the king' with yellow "BERSIH2" t-shirts and t-shirts depicting "Che Guevara" the icon for all things revolutionary but here mostly a fashion statement, are deemed as "dangerous weapons" and "communists" out to over-throw the monarchy. With that alone Najib's Barisan National led 1Malaysia "unity" government takes the grand prize for "comic arrests" !

But alas, I am really more ashamed of all the sneering international communities are having at our expanse and behind our backs of our bungling government's mockery of our Constitutional laws.

I've always maintained that the whole world is watching us and these dubious and cruel actions by a select few will not go unnoticed ( here ) when it comes to the crunch for 'foreign investors' and 'human rights' at large !

Read the comments in the FMT article and see what genuine supporters of BERSIH2 have to say about "suspect" commentors/cyber-troopers who urge others to bring along weapons for the rally on 9th. July. These "shit-stirrers" are so obvious and shallow their cover to create tension and fear of the really peaceful, non-political but deemed illegal by the PDRM march next Saturday has been blown wide-open.

Again while Ambiga, the organising chairperson of the BERSIH2 rally, has been negotiating for a PDRM (Police Force) suggested route for the BERSIH2 walk, BN politicians have stepped-in to counter that suggestion as "no go". That's certainly a slap on the IGP's face that suggests that he has absolutely no control or power to make decisions. This also clearly shows who is actually in charge of the PDRM and what little powers the IGP has that he cannot function independently without bowing down to his masters- the UMNO led Barisan National government.

Malaysia is one big circus and our "clowns" here have given stupidity a new meaning ! It's crazy how paranoid the ruling government has become by criminalising it tax-paying citizens' one wish for a clean and fair election system and to peacefully walk with that memorandum to present to the king.

Fearing the worst, the police force, a subservient and obedient lap-dog of the BN are getting jittery of anything "yellow" ! What is going on in our country ? We have been a laughing stork for a long time already but now anyone wearing yellow t-shirts, yellow shoes or driving a yellow car can be arrested for supporting the BERSIH rally scheduled without a permit for 9th. In any first world country when a certain aggrieved group has any grouses against a certain party, the police will issue a permit and line the street leading to the point for the group wanting to present any memorandum to a representative of the party in question. Then everyone marches peacefully and hand-over the said memo and then they go home after fulfilling their agenda. That happens in a first world country.....opps I forgot we only have first world infrastructure and filled with third world morons !

Despite being elected into the United Nations Human Rights Council last year, the Malaysian ruling government is still behaving like a bunch of village idiots. BERSIH 10/11....revisited

Why must anyone worry if BERSIH 2 is apolitical or political ? Is not what the organisers of BERSIH 2's demand from the Election Commission all about clean and fair elections ? Elections determine politicians and parties and ruling government. And is that not politics ?? For those who have forgotten how the first BERSIH walk was back in 10/11 2007 go here and see my personal account of how that fateful day unfolded in living colour !

Of course we also know how Anwar "hijacked" that walk by taking a short-cut via riding pillion on a motor-bike to be at the palace gates to hand over the memorandum then. Sure Anwar stole the "thunder" then but this time around we have Ambiga ex-president of the Bar Council and a strong leader for issues concerning human rights and a good orator who was also instrumental in the "Penguin Walk". Did she not, on behalf of BERSIH 2 invite both BN and PR parties to walk with her this time round ?

So why should this walk not be a political one ? Anything that concerns human rights and fair-play has to be an integral part of civil society and the government and that means the use of politicians to get the message across into parliament to make it a law.....that surely makes this walk political, no ?

It is comforting and clear that all politicians walking with the organisers this time are in total agreement that we have a corrupt and dirty Election Commission who are nothing but lap-dogs of the ruling government and only a dirty and corrupt government would oppose/refuse any such changes, yes ? That is what we want changed, amongst other demands.

I am surprised too why everyone must politicise the very essence of the walk itself. We walk again because we want change and knowing so well that there are so many fraudulent discrepancies concerning and involving the EC itself which was never addressed or reformed since the first walk so surely the only decent thing, right and tax-paying citizens will do is walk again ! Is that too hard to understand for all those who walk in the corridors of power ?
Can Najib actually afford the citizens to accuse him of running a dirty government when he is so close to calling for a snap election ? And as Ambiga herself has announced...."the time for talk is over"....(citing the EC of the BN government of not welcoming changes since 10/11 2007, for clean and fair election process, independent of interference by their paymasters and devoid of corruption.

As long as politicians can use their platform in parliament to demand and pass laws that are good and beneficial to the tax-paying citizens I don't care which party they belong, they are welcome to walk beside us, us meaning the Third Force or read you and I, the man/woman with that all important right of a single vote to decide who shall represent him/her in parliament.

But it is sad that the very people who are against this BERSIH 2 walk, are still there representing us when we know that they are NOT for a clean and fair voting system and that is a haunting thought, right ? In other words these people are ALL for a dirty and corrupt government !!

If ever anyone has to be arrested immediately for spreading hatred and racism against all of Najib's lip-syncing 1Malaysia this and 1Malaysia that, it is this ugly "frog" who goes by the name of Ibrahim Ali, president of the Perkasa ! This is the same uncouth belligerent who was recently waging a "jihad" against the Christians and now is screaming "riots" and warning the Chinese to stock up food and curfews and has become a threat against the nation's security !

But why is he so dastardly provoking and so violent against anything non-Malay ? Is it because he has the assurance, backing and financial aid from the father of all racists the old and senile Tun ? Or maybe even UMNO ? Malays by nature are a peace loving lot, just like the rest of their fellow Malaysian brothers of Chinese and Indian descents. I know this for a fact because that was what it was like back in the 60's and 70's,.........until a certain and sinister Malaysian of remote Indian origins took over the helm from our founding fathers to send this country's united and peaceable people into going for each others necks with venom and hatred while playing the race card game ! A whole new generation emerged viewing each other with suspicion and jealousy ! Soon this trait grew to hatred and each race that once lived peacefully united side by side began to move away to live with their own kind. Arrogance and one-upmanship was the order of the day. And out of the shadow of this long 22 years of dictatorship by a ruthless tyrant saw the birth of ingrates like this Ibrahim Ali.

Most right thinking and peace-loving Malays think he is an idiot, to Nazri a clown, to everyone else a fake who jumped from party to party like I would crawl from pub to pub on a good Friday outing ! Having lost his platform to be heard because of party-hopping and his questionable character of masquerading as a political brigand he had to resort to kicking up a ruckus over any and every issue that concerns the Malay race thus drawing some cheap publicity and attention to himself and what he claims to profess for all the wrong reasons. And that folks, is Ibrahim Ali ! A dubious moron with no responsibility and an equally idiotic mentor/master to boot !

It's silly and shocking to know that our DPM Muhyiddin Yassin has finally seen the light ! His take on Bersih 2 Rally as being reason to "topple the government" was spot on. Hello Mr. DPM, where have you been ? Sleeping like Pak Lah kah ? Of course you are stating the obvious and I'm baffled it took you this long to understand the reasons behind any protest rally ?

People take to the streets only if they are absolutely pissed off. If you can answer to all the crap your BN government has accumulated over the years, 52 years to be more like it, and the hundreds and thousands of scandals that your BN is directly involved in by your arrogant and corrupt cabinet, dirty election committee, corrupt police and judiciary and the thousands of little Napoleons scattered all over the nation and cronies collectively have directly or indirectly siphoned-off the billions of the rakyat's hard earned ringgits and bring to "book" that grand-father of corruption and the racist Tun to our equally corrupt courts to answer to all the "sins" he's committed against his citizens then your surprised short-comings of Bersih rally would be understandable Mr. Muhyiddin ! Really !

And the other story is about the DPM's boss Mr. PM. I have nothing against those who want to "save" the Palestinians but hey....we haven't even considered saving our own shit in our country and it's hitting the fan already ! Why so much focus on the Palestinians who know nothing about peace but throwing rocks at each other all their lives. We've here had this "soft" spot only for Palestinians and not the Ethiopians or Somalians or Ugandans or East Timorese or Burmese who are also in dire need of help both financial and politically ?? The MahaFiruan Tun is trying to make you the "shortest serving PM" by coercing you into his devious master plan. Money spent into buying vessels and food and medical equipment could well be spent on "soup kitchens" here first for fellow starving Malaysians....before saving the world !

This country is so caught up in racial and religious issues but never about CHANGE itself !! How can you demand for change when it is always about race and religion-based issues and never about for the greater good of the nation ? The phrase "big picture" means nothing ! Nothing changes if you are not the agent of change you so want it to be !

What happened to the millions of "Sterling's" he's supposed to collect from the Queen on behalf of his people ? How can he say his 18 point demands were not met by the PR when there was NO real change in the Federal government ? He says his party had no choice but to back PR back in 2007 but he still wants to see the end of BN in Putrajaya !! What ???.....and how can that ever happen ?

This is how this man ( pic ) must feel every time brothels are raided in Little India or Brickfields. Surely these brazen operators of vice dens have no fear for the law or anyone else for the matter ! Why ? Because I guess these vice-den operators have got the whole police force of Brickfields in their pockets ( read payroll !) How dare they resume business as early as a week after the authorities shut them down ? They dare only because they are "managed" and "tipped-off" by their moles within the police force !

I must say the Deputy Minister of FT is fighting a losing battle against a corrupt police force who'd not hesitate to do their "master's" bidding ! I've seen this man making his rounds at odd times around Brickfields and that's a healthy sight. To know that a Deputy Minister actually goes down to the ground and stop to chat with the various traders and businessmen who come directly under his watch ! But there is only so much one man can do...with death threats and all !

Coming back to the police....as I've said before and I will say it again, we have the cheapest police force money can buy despite the rare fact there are a handful of righteous cops scattered here and there BUT that is no bloody excuse !! And as usual this top cop of Brickfields has an escape clause to pass the burden to the City Hall authority of all his boys-in-blue's ineffective policing of the area ! That's how efficient our police force are in general !

While we are on the subject of vices, the situation is equally bad in other parts of the city too like in the Pudu and Old Klang areas. Rumour has it that top cops are entertained in certain "posh" clubs with young and beautiful girls to a point that they become "charmed" and go limp like sotongs !

This is the face of a man who despite have robbed the people and the state and had lied continuously during his corrupt tenure right up to the last day in office, shredding all files into the wee hours of that faithful morning, files that might be pieced together in the hope of not leaving any evidence of his dirty business transactions and total abuse of position as Chief Minister, can still muster a smile with confidence in the hope that the equally corrupt judiciary will dance to his "pocho-pocho" and not find a shred of evidence to implicate him to prison. Such is his confidence that all the corruption during his term as Chief Minister of Malaysia's richest state will be filed as NFA (No Further Action) ! He was an ordinary dentist and the son of an Indonesian immigrant who's stellar rise to power and riches made good by being in the right and inner circle of UMNO and subsequently became the blue eyed boy of the godfather of corruption itself....the great Tun !

How could anything go wrong ? How did he lose his state to the then Opposition pre-8 March 2008 ? He was an untouchable and his tight control of many Napoleons in each district who enjoyed as much power and wealth, if not more ( the late ex-gate-keeper who lived in a "mahligai" or palace, comes to mind !), while together they plundered the state and siphoned the millions and billions of tax-payers ringgits to their personal and family accounts and invested more overseas ( remember Toyo's predecessor............Mohamad son of Mohamad comes to mind !). And nobody could touch them.....not even the top guns in UMNO because in BN........"you squeeze my balls....I'll sing like a canary on heat" motto still reigns supreme !

Then again to start with his Balinese styled villa worth well over RM 24 million while living off a Chief Minister's salary alone ( can somebody tell me how much a Chief Minister earns ?) and flying business class for his whole family including his maids to Disneyland in the guise of "belajar sambil pelanchong" ( Study Tours) and belly dancers up the Nile at the tax-payers expense, is certainly a good start anyway !

In the meantime we the poor damned citizens will watch and murmur in awe of all that will be revealed in court !

Lay Maung, who was caned three times, said he was tied up and made to turn his head away from the prison officer so he could not see his face during one ordeal.

With the refugee's arms and legs extended, a man wielding a 1.2m rattan cane, pulled back and sliced the stick into his bare buttocks.

Like the 55,000 Chin Burmese refugees, Mr Maung's crime was that he wasn't a Malaysian citizen.

His UN Commission on Human Rights refugee card expired the day before he was arrested on the street in late 2009.

"I fainted after one cane," he said through an interpreter.

"They make you turn away from the man who canes you so you don't see his face. You can't sit or lie down for days.

"I spent a year in prison after that."

Pa Khau, 47, wanted in Burma because he is from the Christian minority, says he was whipped three times. And, pointing to his scarred, crippled hands, he told how soldiers broke his thumbs and fingers.

"The police and (paramilitary civilian corps) RELA pick on us because they want to make money from us," Mr Khau said.

"When they took me to the Thai border, after a year in prison, there were refugee agents waiting to meet us. Those men pay money back to the Malaysian immigration officers to let us back in."

The Herald Sun unearthed dozens of alleged brutality cases involving Malaysian authorities.

While human rights groups criticise the tactics, RELA, immigration officers and police are supported by Malaysian law.

Take for example this criticism from this Wanita MCA's secretary general Senator Chew Lee Giok (pic). Does she not know that when anyone from the public visits any government building in Putrajaya or any other government office, ladies wearing short and revealing attire whether Muslim or non-Muslim are turned away ? Why does she not kick up a fuss there then ? Afraid of her "masters" ? This ruling by PAS is no different from the ruling in force by UMNO from way back then, so why bitch now ?

Does she only find her puppy voice to criticise a dress code ruling only when it comes from PAS ? What has she to say about the UMNO ruling when visiting government offices ? And this dress code does not apply only to journalists who at most times are appropriately dressed and are fully aware of such dress codes but to everyone, foreigners included. So there !

I applaud the MACC for the arrest of 442 corrupt people who tried to bribe their officers and this weak clarion call to helping the nation towards "zero" corruption. ( read here for the full story ).

There are still a few good men amongst us in all levels of our society but there are more who are not, right ? But these arrests are in actual fact considered "loose change" or "small fries".

So what happens now ? If only the MACC has the same scrotal gumption ( to quote my good friend Rokk !) to go after the bigger evils and bring them to book would be seen as doing the rakyat a big favour......men like the "just discharged" Mahathir, Samy Velu, Taib Mohamad, Mohamad Taib, Toyo, Ling Siong Sek, UMNO, MIC, MCA, PKFZ and scores of others who have been reported by many concerned tax-payers but NFA ( no further action ) are taken against them ! Why this frigging double standards huh MACC ? No balls, no guts or granted untouchable by MACC ?

Much has happened since the last time I blogged as I was honestly out of town busy with work ! Summing-up the various major news that I have read via ahemmmm...the newspapers, I've come to the conclusion that the most commonly used "after-thought" phrase seen to be...."it had all the right ingredients waiting for a tragedy to happen" !

Yes, now everyone is a bloody expert to give an opinion with his/her views on the recent orphanage landslide tragedy ! Just like when it happened before the Highland Towers tragedy, yes ?

Yeah, sure they have a right to their opinion, but where the hell were they when this house was built at such close proximity of that laterite cliff face and on "Agricultural" land too huh ? Sitting in some comfortable couch sipping their lattes' ya ? Come on lah, Malaysians have always been dumb and ignorant when it came to "protesting" for their rights and wouldn't move their butt to get involved in environmental issues surrounding their neighbourhood unless it involved their own house or family and will readily give their 2 sens worth AFTER something happens, right ? Maybe better still, blame that corrupt bugger Toyo and his corrupted Napoleons of the BN government then, yah ?

Even our highly educated PM offered to extend financial aid to the land-slide victims' families ! Duh ! Hello Najib.....these are orphans, if you must know....they have NO families, gettit ? Now every clown will claim to be a "family" of any of the dead orphan just to "collect" !! And this statement came from our Prime Minister ? Get of of here !

Which brings us to the "coming soon" tragedy called LYNAS !! Surely we "brownies" as the Aussies refer us to be, are suckers, right ? So "no-go" for this company in their own country but to come here as "foreign investors" and give our BN government a 'shiok sendiri ' feeling of great achievement okay ?

But they ( the Aussies) too know how corrupt our government is and how easily our government can be "kow-thimed" or bought-over with their ASD's, and so, here they are in Pahang where many have gathered recently to protest the "stop the LYNAS project" but our BN government is as usual not listening to their pleas or their views. They seem to have made a confirmed deal to allow this renegade company from Down Under to have their way here on our shores because me thinks, these Aussies have "taken care of business" with the relevant state authorities.

And when "the shit hits the fan" just like in the Tasek Merah case near Taiping years ago, you too can come out and brag......' I knew this Lynas case had all the ingredients for a TRAGEDY waiting to happen'...............okay ?

As long as the Najib administration allows garbage like the "Interlok" to be used as a text book in national schools I would from now on without malice, loosely and as often refer ALL Malaysians of remote Indian origins as "pariahs"...yours truly included !

My forefathers (I'm 5th. generation on my paternal side and 3rd. on mother's side ! ) came to this great country as "pendatangs" ( and certainly NOT as estate labourers ! ) in the 1800's and from Kerala too...and even more sadly just as that Kutty family). Not that I give a rat's ass what caste my forefathers belonged to back in India, but as far as I'm concerned I'm Malaysian first . Period ! Do I not qualify ? Anything else this equally "pendatang" UMNO government wants to label me is their reason for their imminent down-fall !

Coming back to pariahs, here in this article the 1Prime Minister by his own admission has confessed that the pariahs are slowly "returning" to BN and it curiously helps to note in particular, Penang. And the poor and innocent Najib is with arms wide open, welcoming them ?

So my question is... "how many left BN in the first place Mr. 1Malaysia sir ?" You say over 3000 return 'en masse' and hopes that happens also at the national level, yes ? No, better still, tell us what percentage is this 3000 pariahs as compared to those "mat sepits" and "pariahs" who left BN ? And pray also tell us how much was paid to these cheap pariahs to "return" ?

I don't mind if someone resigns from a party and forms an entirely new party, but to return to a party that was and still is after 50 years of arrogant rule, dabbling in racism, corruption and littered with Napoleons, only money and a promise of "other" such benefits can be a sure lure, no ? After all this is UMNO, renowned for all that is wrong in this once beautiful country of ours !

The UKRC field fiasco

THE ball, excuse the pun, is firmly in Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim's court.

At the Selangor State Assembly sitting next week, the State government will be cajoled to live up to the election promise made by Gombak MP Azmin Ali and Ulu Kelang assemblyman Saari Sungib to give a piece of land, comprising a football field and a club house known as the Ulu Kelang Recreaction Club, "back" to the committee which has been managing the plot since 1958.

After promising to reverse former Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Dr Mohd Khir Toyo's decision in 2004 to gazette the five-odd acres of land as open space, managed by the State Secretary, the UKRC committee, headed by Andrew Gopal, has been waiting for almost three years now for the Pakatan Rakyat government to keep its promise.

Andrew and Co. who have been fighting the battle relentlessly, have their hopes high that parity will be restored with the State government reversing Dr Mohd Khir's seven-year-old decision. It is for a good reason that they are doing so — residents in the area take pride in upkeeping what must be among the last good football pitches in the Klang Valley.

They have not only lovingly tended to its upkeep, they have developed a sentimental affinity for the club and football field, sandwiched between blocks of houses and threatened to be taken away by development due to its prime location.

The committee has maintained the place by creating their own funds, chipping in and collectively taking care of the field, and managing them well. They have frequent resident gatherings and families hold receptions of diverse sorts there.

It is home to them.

"The Pakatan Rakyat government must keep its election promise. It must," Andrew tells me.

"You know how much the place means to all of us. Generations of residents have sentimental attachment to the place. It is wrong to take it away from us."

Saari, it seems, is going to table a motion to reverse Dr Mohd Khir's gazette and return the plot to the UKRC committee.

The land had been alienated to UKRC by the Selangor State government, via the then Kuala Lumpur Land Office, on July 12, 1958.

UKRC had even paid RM690 for the surveyor's cost in August the same year to get the Pejabat Tanah Kuala Lumpur, as it was known then, to gazette the said recreational land under the control of the club.

Dr Mohd Khir had in 2004 re-gazetted the plot as open space after attempts to build condominiums there had met with huge public outcry.

The Malay Mail was, along with residents there, at the forefront in campaigning against the development. Azmin and Saari had then promised that the UKRC land issue would be resolved if Pakatan Rakyat took over the State administration.

On July 25, 2008, the Selangor MB had verbally informed Saari that he was very keen to resolve the UKRC controversy.

Andrew claims Khalid had asked that the UKRC file an application to purchase the land from the State government at a nominal fee.

UKRC duly complied, and on Aug 4 the same year, wrote in. There was no reply from Khalid's office. UKRC wrote again on June 25 and Oct 20, 2009.

Again, silence. In November 2009, the area's Village Development and Security Committee, Kuala Ampang (JKKK), comprising mostly UKRC members, wrote to Khalid to resolve the issue.

The MB's office replied that the State had no objection to allow UKRC to continue using the open space, subject to the Ampang Jaya Municipal Council's (MPAJ) conditions.

The council, it seems, has never interfered in UKRC's business. "They know UKRC will go to The Malay Mail," jokes Andrew.

As the chronology goes, UKRC wrote again on March 15, 2010. Mum was still the word.

Tired of the inaction, UKRC and the residents had a meeting with Saari on March 7 this year, and expressed their disappointment at the unwillingness of the State government to assist its two representatives to keep to their election promise.

An ultimatum, says Andrew, was given to Saari to resolve the matter. Saari had told them that he would table the motion and get assemblymen to support his proposal to return the land to UKRC.

Having been there on a number of occasions, I certainly know how much the club and field mean to them.

I have seen with my own eyes, as have many other colleagues of mine, how scores of residents would gather there whenever there was an occasion.

They flock there even to watch friendly football matches, like the few that I (and the likes of our group media advisor Datuk Ahirudin "Rocky" Attan and former sports editor Tony Mariadass) had taken part in against UKRC.

I hope Azmin, Saari and the State government keep the promise. It's wrong to take away these people's home.

His warning to all BN component parties "black-mailing" UMNO is timely. After all does UMNO actually need these "rent seeking" excess baggages like shameless MCA, MIC, PPP, Gerakan and PBB to win elections ? Of course not ! Tell them to go to Hades !

These lapdogs leaders and Napoleons of the BN component parties are nothing but mere !"pendatangs and pariahs" who suck-up to their "Master" UMNO for personal gratification and wealth. Surely these 2 will come out to give their lives to save UMNO ( maybe not Nazri personally but UMNO) which is the God-sent party to rule the Malays and us "pendatangs" who are "squatting" in this country we call home !

The fastest way to contact the police to report a crime like a snatch theft or a fight you just witnessed in your neighbourhood is to rush to the nearest "mamak" stall which is also usually located at some strategic corner at the entrance of your housing area. You'd surely see either a couple of policemen on motor-bike patrol or a patrol car parked there having a meal. Not that they are going to immediately abandon their "roti canai" or "nasi lemak" and "teh-tarik" to rush back with you to the scene of the crime or problem, but you'll surely at least have made it your point to inform them as a law-abiding citizen of such on-goings in your neighbourhood, yes ?

That brings us back to what this caring hearted Inspector General of Police Tan Sri Ismail Omar (any relative of Hanif Omar ?) adviced his "fat cops" of their eating habits matched with their "packed and heavily over-loaded" work schedules to prevent heart related ailments. During the event health record books were also distributed to his personel to keep track of their eating habits and to update from time to time. ( read here )

Don't policemen have drills and fitness camps or "khursus" to attend on a regular basis ? Or do they only have to at the beginning of their careers and thereafter sit on their butts pushing pen at desks and in the comfort of an air-conditioned room in a "balai"? Maybe foot-patrolling for fatsos is a better idea then in a patrol car, right ?

Hmmmm.....now that poor mamak has an extra national service to do for the force. He'd probably should be engaged by the police contingent to sign in their "little record book" as to how many times a day the cop come revisiting his stall !

What the police force of Malaysia needs today more then anything is not a pep talk on health but serious sessions on the simplest of human values. Simple values about doing an honest days work and with integrity and honesty. About the sins of corruption, bribery and respect for human life and about up-holding the laws of the land without fear and favour ! And not to be subservient to any politician's bidding but to carry out his duties with a clear conscience. And about reminding them who pays them their monthly salaries....the tax-paying rakyat !
