PARty Pooper !

Datuk Seri Aminuddin Harun (pic above) will resign as Seremban International Golf Club (SIGC) president after members voted to overturn a decision by the management to ban the sale of beer at its premises.

This is how religious fanatics impose their personal agendas into "private members' social and sporting clubs".( here ). We don't know how long this International Golf club has been operating but the story goes to say its been selling alcohol for decades and this PH idiot has threaten with an ultimatum he'd resign as customary president if the golf club continued to sell beers. Do you see how selfish this mb is ? Just because he does not drink beer, he'd deprive an age old tradition of grown merry men and women having their pint of ale !

Well now that he has been told to fuck-off by so many members and the general "joe" public, he should just stay away from every outlet that serves alcohol including any 5-star hotel. And while he should be banned from any premise that served beers, perhaps he should also take off that kafir's attire and opt for the Arab's jubba and camel for transport. I blame that old MahaFiruan for appointing these closet mullahs into public office where we  tax-payers have to clothe and feed these suffering fools.

Now in his hour of shame from being ousted by the club's members, he'd soon be sending his foot-soldiers to subtly harass this sporting institution for the slightest of reasons from liquor and brewerage licenses to parking and social event permits.

Thank God, the state's royal family is more level headed and have always enjoyed a round of golf for recreation !

Lawyer: Malaysian-born child declared

non-citizen can’t seek citizenship without

proving statelessness

KUALA LUMPUR, March 14 — A child who was born in Malaysia and registered by local authorities as a non-citizen has to first prove she is “stateless” before she can use a constitutional provision to be recognised as Malaysian, the High Court here was told.
Today was the hearing of the bid for Malaysian citizenship and a Malaysian identity card by the 13-year-old child who was born to a Malaysian father and Filipino mother. All three were present in court today.
High Court judge Datuk Faizah Jamaluddin suggested that the child would be considered stateless, as her birth certificate states that she is “bukan warganegara” or non-citizen and since she had not applied for citizenship in the Philippines.
Senior federal counsel Maisarah Juhari, who represented the Malaysian government, however said the girl is not considered “stateless” or a person who has no nationality, as her two biological parents including her Filipino mother was known.
Maisarah noted as example that the child would have to first seek citizenship in the Philippines before coming to the Malaysian government to seek citizenship if the Philippine government does not recognise her.
“Section 1(e) cannot be applied because she is not a stateless person,” she told the court.
The child is relying on two constitutional pathways in her bid to be recognised as a Malaysian, including Article 14(1)(b) of the Federal Constitution read together with Section 1(e) of Part II of the Second Schedule of the Constitution.
In order to be recognised as a Malaysian citizen by operation of law, Section 1(e) requires a person born in Malaysia to be “not born a citizen of any country”.
The alternative constitutional provision that the child is relying on is Article 15A of the Federal Constitution, where the federal government has the power to register any person below the age of 21 as a citizen “in special circumstances as it deems fit”.
The child’s lawyer Annou Xavier earlier noted that the Federal Constitution does not define “special circumstances” and that the granting of citizenship under Article 15A was purely at the Home Minister’s discretion, but also highlighted the January 31, 1962 Hansard which recorded parliamentary proceedings when the government tried to introduce Article 15A.
The then deputy prime minister Tun Abdul Razak was recorded as having explained the term “special circumstances” under Article 15A by saying the government will possibly register a child who probably has no parents here or who “obviously has attachment to the country” as a citizen, also saying: “This is merely to give discretion to the government in cases of hardship and in cases where the government thinks that it is in the interest of the child and the country that the child be registered as a citizen.”
Private interest vs national interest?
The High Court judge also questioned if the child, being unable to go to school, due to her lack of citizenship would fall under “special circumstances”, also suggesting it would be in the national interest for the child to be given schooling opportunity as she was born and lives in Malaysia with her Malaysian father.
“Isn’t it a matter of national interest, if this child doesn’t go to school but she becomes wayward — I’m not saying she is — isn’t that going to affect the country anyway?” the judge asked.
Maisarah argued however that the Hansard did not only refer to a person’s private right or a child’s interest but also involves national interest, also saying that the government had last year said “stateless” children would be able to go to school.
Long wait
The child was born in Perak in November 2006, with the Malaysian father Lew Yee Hong and the Filipino mother later registering their marriage in Perak on January 31, 2008.
Lew then applied on February 20, 2008 for citizenship for his daughter but received no response at all, causing him to then apply for a second time on October 13, 2011 only to receive a rejection letter over a year later on December 17, 2012.
Lew then mounted a third attempt on September 9, 2013 but received a rejection almost three years later on August 5, 2016, leading him to file the lawsuit together with his child against the latest rejection.
Annou later confirmed to reporters that all three unsuccessful applications by Lew — which spanned eight years — were made under Article 15A.
Annou today highlighted in court that the government did not give any reasons for its refusal to recognise the child as a Malaysian, but Maisarah later argued that the government and the home minister was not obliged under any local laws to provide reasons.
Citing Section 2 of Part III of the Second Schedule of the Federal Constitution, Maisarah argued that the home minister’s refusal to grant citizenship under Article 15A cannot be appealed or reviewed in court, but said Lew could apply for citizenship again under Article 15A.
"It’s not for the court to step in the shoes of the government (and say) ‘No, this is special circumstances and court will grant citizenship by Article 15A’. Because Article 15A only grants power to the federal government and the minister,” she added.
Maisarah also told the court today that parties had previously tried to settle the child’s citizenship issue before the hearing today, but noted that there was “no answer yet” from the federal government or the Home Ministry.
The High Court today fixed May 2 for lawyers from both sides to provide further clarification. Lawyers who held a watching brief today are G. Manimegalai for the Bar Council, Siti Kasim for the Human Rights Commission of Malaysia (Suhakam), Nurainie Haziqah Shafi’i for Yayasan Chow Kit and Ranee Sreedharan for the Development of Human Resources for Rural Areas (DHRRA) Malaysia.
Lew and his daughter filed for judicial review on October 28, 2016 against the Home Ministry secretary-general, the National Registration Department’s director-general and the government of Malaysia, with the duo granted leave by the High Court on December 13, 2016 to proceed with the challenge where they are seeking six court orders.

** and we have hundreds if not thousands granted Malaysian citizenship by merely belonging to a certain religion or strongly connected to the elite both in the Peninsular and in Sabah and Sarawak during the reign of the last 4 prime ministers ( the MahaFiruan included ) ? How do you explain that ?
Isn't a child born to one Malaysian parent be automatically granted Malaysian citizenship by operation of law via Article 15A if that one Malaysian parent wishes so ?  Yours truly is exactly in the same predicament too. So help me please !

3rd. best city in the WHOLE WIDE WORLD-TAIPING and.....

You better believe it ! This is the best piece of news I've heard in a long time. I'm so happy for the natives of Taiping (yours truly included), the cradle of civilisation in the whole of Malaysia, that Taiping has finally found its rightful place in the book of world travellers and adventure seekers. Did you know that there are 36 "first" in the country all  located in my town TAIPING ?

I also heard from tour operators that there'll be bus-loads of local tourist making a bee-line to Taiping by this week-end !! Heard the hotels too have all up-ed their rates due to the high demand.

To be voted as the 3rd. best "green" destination in the world is no easy feat when only recently places like gangster-run Klang, junkie-filled Johor Baru and snatch-theft infested Petaling Jaya were voted in the top 10 most "dangerous" places to live in Asia !

Oh....and by the way some one please educated and up-date  that idiot Tourism minister that there are many homos, gays or happy, lesbos and trannies in Taiping too. Opps...before I forget, we Taipingites also gamble. We gamble on anything that moves and predict to the nearest minute, on rainfall, which Taiping incidentally is also holder with the highest annual rainfall in the country.
There's no need to be a hypocrite....Duuuuh :(

And that's a fact !

Now back to other damning news in the country.

Just who the fuck do those Pas-holes think they are to "advice" the MahaFiruan to sack the infidel Finance minister Guan Eng ? Have they not got enough shit on their plate from cheating their  own supporters into parting with their savings to save Hadi's arse in a court case in England and then finding out Hadi has received RM90million from Najib/UMNO and then quietly settling out-of-court with Sarawak Report-Claire with a RM1.4million pay-out ? And finally  joining as one with UMNO to "SAVE" Malay unity and Islam ? I really feel sorry for all those simpletons in PAS.

Hello ?? Wow, PAS is playing God by absolving all past sins of UMNO ? That's a joke right ? I also sincerely hope that all the above crap PAS does is sharia compliant.

And what became of Jamal Jamban, Raja Bomoh, Ridwan Tee and "dongibap" Rani Kulop ? No more in the country ?

Give it up for the PH government! Woot Woot !

I'm sorry my Muslim brudders but I will continue to drink and sing while my guitar gently weeps for you !

The MahaFiruan's idiot minister at the world stage.

Report: Tourism minister does not think M'sia has gays

 (Updated )
Tourism, Arts and Culture Minister Mohammaddin Ketapi believes there are no homosexuals in Malaysia, a German broadcaster has reported.
According to Deutsche Welle (DW), Mohammaddin made the claim when pressed by reporters in Germany yesterday on whether "gays" are welcomed in Malaysia.
"I don't think we have anything like that (homosexuals) in our country," he reportedly said ahead of the opening of the ITB Berlin, the world's largest tourism trade fair.
Malaysia is a partner of the ITB Berlin and had set a target of receiving 30 million visitors in 2019.
DW claimed that the minister had earlier sidestepped another question whether Malaysia is safe for homosexuals and Jews.
The report also alleged that Malaysian officials attempted "to downplay the incident," but did not provide any examples.
Previously, German Green Party politician Volker Beck protested over Malaysia's involvement in the ITB fair as "homophobia and antisemitism cannot be a partner country."
He reportedly made the comment after Malaysia stated in January it would refuse entry to Israel athletes participating in the World Para Swimming Championship 2019, which had been slated to be held in Sarawak in the middle of this year.
Malaysia was later stripped as event host by the International Paralympic Committee (IPC) following a protest by Israel.
Malaysia has long courted criticism by rights groups over its handling of LGBT rights. Suhakam had, in December, published the results of a two-year study in which it claimed the LGBT community in the country faced discrimination in five areas - dignity, employment, education, healthcare and right to housing.
In October, Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Mujahid Yusof Rawa launched an e-book called Panduan Hijrah Diri (Guide for Rehabilitation) for the LGBT community.
The minister, who oversees religious affairs, stated that the LGBT lifestyle would not be accepted in the country.
Prime Minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad, too, had repeatedly stressed that the government cannot accept such a lifestyle.
Mahathir had stated that the punishment "did not reflect Islamic justice and compassion," especially as it was the women's first offence.
"We hope we will be careful in portraying Islam (as a religion) with no compromise (and) no compassion," the premier had said.
The Malaysian Islamic Development Department (Jakim) has put the number of LGBT people in Malaysia at an estimated 31,000.

Lets talk about PH's candidate quality ?

Watch the above clip and you tell me IF I'd cast my vote for such a bumbling idiot to represent me anywhere ? Still not sure why PH lost Semenyih ?

Over the course of 6 decades the old government had plenty of time  and corrupt MONEY to polish up on fake qualifications because they had better advisers to help them brush up on their English and their appearance ?
Yes, the old government had more seasoned politicians even if some were uncouth, crass, stupid, corrupt and/or butt-ugly. It didn't matter cos they had all the time and MONEY to adjust their short-comings and modify their oratory skills with the help of eager "teachers" coaching them how to dress and speak when travelling on "study" tours. That was their learning curve. Now you still find them equipped with the same skills but with no MONEY.

And along comes the MahaFiruan like a  garbage collector to invite these same rogues into his 'Malay Only' party and he wonders why PH lost again in Semenyih !

And there too comes the "tak malu Bossku" Najib on his 'kapchai' happily dishing out advice on morals and comments to liken him more then the current government as if he was on retirement leave when he should have been charged and locked away in orange attire in Sungei Buloh and PH still wonders why they lost in Semenyih ?

PH will continue bending over backwards (pun intended) to please the Malays always, but how soon this same PH has forgotten the tax-paying non-Malays who actually put them there as the new government for CHANGE ?

No, the non-Malays are not asking for special privileges, contracts nor discounts but only want change in our education policies, level playing field for all and a non-promotion of one-race-one religion only in every government sector as it has been for 60 over years but to promote and UNITE ALL the peoples of Malaysia as ONE.

Are you reading me PH ? Cheers !

Pay close attention.

Pay Close Attention :
The threat of PH becoming a 1 term government is very real. That’s the news from the ground !
I wrote the above "flash-card" on my FaceBook on the 27th. February 2019. Then I was banned for flaunting "Community Standards" ( whatever that shit is !) by FaceBook for 7 days starting on the 1st.-8th. March  2019. So today I blog again.

I can and will say again "I told you so idiots but you were too bloody arrogant and cocky to pay heed". I've also been constantly bitching ( mostly on fb) about the poor quality of our ministers and why the MahaFiruan continues to harbour these imbeciles in his cabinet. And his choice of candidate for Semenyih...Oh God help me !

Simply put, the MahaFiruan has always been uneasy to have anyone else who might deem to be better then him as an advisor or confidante. In the same vein all our "newly minted" ministers too have surrounded themselves with idiots and machais as their "inner-circle" and who are considered less intelligent then their themselves for fear of being looked down as their "bossku" ?

Yes, that is the simple conclusion I have come to as that is the only reason why so many of these ministers keep talking shit on prime time news and feel they have discovered a "life-saving" solution to our everyday troubles and up-lifted our miserable quality of life. Lets not talk about the hopeless DPMs yet.

This arrogance and stupidity is clearly seen in the idiot ministers in the education and sports ministries almost every week without fail. Why ?? Why does the MahaFiruan still keep such idiots around him ? He has one "sotong" son already, so why does he need these buffons around him ? Because they sure make him look smarter, right ?

Yesterdays second "slap" on the face of PH by UMNO was the 2nd. warning and one more strike in Rantau and PH will truly be royally fucked come GE15 !

Everyone in PH especially PPBM and PKR is just too pig-headed to admit why they are bending over backwards to only please one "race" when clearly that one race actually never even wholly voted for PH in the first place. And  today the MahaFiruan has become a "garbage collector" of corrupt and shameless recycled shit from UMNO.

So this is when I have to admit that all these years of blogging and walking in almost every protest and candle-light vigil since the Penguin March up till  the last BERSIH before May 9th. has come to naught ! I am now hanging my head down in shame and wonder why I should still acknowledge PH as my choice for change....and boy, was I wrong !
