Teoh Beng Hock....this one's for you doc !

Although the mysterious death of Teoh Beng Hock is a week old and is in the good hands of the Royal Commission of Inquiries now, a couple of very glaring "telling" instances have been bugging me for awhile. All kinds of conspiracy theories have surfaced now. From under-world contract killing, to suicide to defenestration (remember...defenestration......the new word I learnt ?)

One is the picture of his body lying face down on the roof of the 5th. floor.....here's just my 2 cents worth opinion, okay !

Well.....chatting with a good doctor friend this morning while taking my bp check, (who explained patiently to me in lay-man's terms, knowing very well I was already flustered ...and my pressure rising !!.... and not being able to comprehend all the medical jargon he was throwing at me !!), if a person jumps out or is thrown out of a window , he'd have a good full 5 pints of fresh blood in his body before he takes that leap and makes contact with the ground (or in this case 5th. floor roof or balcony, yes ?). So upon his body hitting or smashing the ground all 5 pints of his fresh blood would have seeped out of his busted body, over a period of hours, yes....and we'd probably see a much bigger pool of blood flowing out on the ground then what is shown in the many photographs we've seen ! My good doctor only scoffed at the sight of such little blood seen in the photographs ! Hmmmmm....not right, he speculated, unless he had died a couple of hours earlier ! And according to him...any "feeling suicidal" victim would definitely have left behind some form of a "good-bye" note or clue to someone he really cared about.....here there was none and by golly, he WAS getting registered to be married that very morning, yes ?

The other thing is more disturbing....if the MACC had said Teoh was released or free to go back at 3:45am, why was his hand-phone and identity card still in the procession of the MACC when his body was discovered around 1 in the afternoon ?? He should have had his hand phone and identity card in his procession, yes ? And does one have to surrender one's hand-phone and identity card to MACC even if one had come voluntarily to answer questions as a WITNESS ?

Like I said before, theories abound and are only what they seem.....mere speculations. But it bothers me still and until this mysteries are probed and answered by the supposedly RCI's "no nonsense" good people, I'll continue to speculate doc !
Cheers !

To add more salt to the good Dr's bloody assessment...
My police friend, in the business of roughing up people for the last 18 years, said this: "dei macha, the press report said he was a witness and came willingly.
"as a rule of thumb, we never keep friendly witness overnight, only suspects. we talk to witness, and let them go home at night, and come back tomorrow to assist us, so how macha? this fact is bothering me, as well as all my police friends...

KUALA LUMPUR: Teoh Beng Hock is "worth more to us alive than dead",
according to the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission as he was a key
witness in an ongoing case.
A senior MACC official said this was because the 30-year-old political
aide to Selangor executive councillor Ean Yong Hian Wah had not been
detained or arrested as he was a crucial witness in the probe which had
just opened.
"He was considered a crucial witness and was assisting the MACC in
sorting out files and documents which had been taken from his office."
He said it was absurd to allege a conspiracy behind Teoh's death.
"First and foremost. Teoh was a witness, not a suspect."

My guest TBH was p;aced there to look like suicide. How can a body drop down from 14th floor and miss the parapet wall and practically hiding underneath it. He was already dead,a struggle must have happened during interrogation and they accidentally kill TBH. They said he died at around 8.30 -9.00, if he was thrown out at that time definitely will be notice by the public around the busy plaza masalam building.

Well I guess there are some things you can know from all this.

They call you as a witness and you go in thinking you are a witness, then if they take your hand phone from you, you are not a witness anymore. You become a suspect. IT is not an interview anymore. It is an interrogation.

Evidence therefore that MACC is lying that Teoh was asked to come in as a witness suggests that it is a lie. What ever that was told him to induce him to come and what ever was told to his lawyer that his presence was not needed were all lies to make them think that he was just going to be a witness and therefore it would only be an interview. Presumably the first thing they would have done would have been to take away his hand phone. From that moment on he becomes a suspect or an hostile witness and treated as such.

Its about time we challenged MACC's version that he was a witness. Teoh may have gone there believing he was a witness. But with witnesses you don't need to take off his handphone and his wallet. Also got to make them withdraw their claim that Teoh was released at 3.45am. You do't release him and yet continue to hld on to his personal possessions. That is not a release.Maye Teoh's friends and colleagues can further vouch if they had calledTeoh and were unable to reach him anytime after he went into the MACC office, I would imagine as a witness they would have let him answer the call.

We know all this have been trumped up and the truth is yet or may never surface as we know how PDRM, MACC, the Judiciary, AG have all been acting in concert to serve their political master.

None of the explanation is logical and they expect the Rakyat to swallow all their reasonings blindly and happily but they forgot the Rakyat isn't dumb like them... want to bullshit also not done smartly and yet still blunder somewhere or somehow.

Worse still, they want to further convince the Rakyat that PDRM is now roped in to solve the mystery... that's the biggest joke. It is similar like asking the phyton to investigate the cobra... who ate the mouse ?
