It all started with a footage of a 8 minute conversation, showing a "lawyer tainted with scandalous history involving questionable dealings and conduct that brings disrepute to the legal and judicial professions",talking on the phone.......a very damaging call indeed, recorded in camcorder.... has been released and now the ever-present cancerous rot in the judiciary....has the wrath of the good and holy PM, Bar Council and ordinary suckers...read YOU !!.... Malaysian !
As usual the denials are there from all around......what fools ! Thats what this government and the powers that are, think you are ! A fool ! Just how long are we to go on pretending.........???
Now try and explain the mess in our courts, the verdicts handed down for the 37 charges in the Deros' "ala Klang palace" case, the throwing out of highly sensationalised murder, corruption, abuse of power and graft cases for sheer lack of concrete evidence (whether tampered or not ?), fortunes paid out in compensation for certain blue-eyed boys "within the circle" and the police force at the back and call of other VIP crooks who have "afternoon tea" with top-notch cops !
Everyone in power, from Shahrizat to IGP Musa Hassan and the latest being Nazri Aziz, Minister in the Prime Minister's Department (read Nuraina's here), is echoing the threat to charge little Nurin's parents for negligence now ........why, so that they can feel better in knowing they are more capable then the other moron beside him ? Sheesh !
I am walking ( here ) with my fellow Malaysians, come this Wednesday, 26th. September 2007 at 11 am to the PM office from the Palace of Justice (if this "palace" has any meaning at all !) NOT because of the video footage but because of the known ROT in our judiciary !

Well I think at the end of the day, I wont be surprise those in the corridors of power (maybe by the taxi Minister himself) would come out to say these :
1) The video footage has been doctored and not genuine. So those who forwarded the video footage had caused the public to loose confidence in the judiciary system and shall be charged accordingly.. or
2) The lawyer in the video footage was actually doing a rehearsal for a local tv drama that he was invited to act... or
3) The lawyer in the vidoe footage just had a session of heavy booze and was talking in 'hangover' language... or
4) The lawyer in the video footage was held gun point by the camera man and was forced to speak all those nonsense... ha ha.
Though the 4 presumptions above may not be true and sound ridiculous.. he he, I still believe the jokers will find a way to divert the rakyat's attention from this issue by creating another petty issue like Namewee / burning of Jalur Gemilang or finding concrete evidence now on a petty issue like pressing charges against Nurin Jazlin's parents as reported lately.
Alternatively, they may let the issue die off and be swept under the carpet after some time once everyone forgets about it ... Just like the previous issue in the AG report on the abuse of funds noted in the Ministry of Sports...seems like have died off or diverted already now after a big huha when it was first disclosed.

When the CJ makes a denial after being alleged to be involved in judge rigging, it is accepted by His Minister as the Gospel truth. When the Pee Em's son was alleged to have made his riches from government contracts procured by dubious means, he asked his son to make a report. His denial was accepted as the truth. It is only when you or me is accused that any denial is considered as a lie. That is how it works in Bolehland.
