It was a wet and cloudy afternoon when we drove into Labis....the poster war has been going on for more then a week now and those who had contracts to make these are already laughing all the way to bank to "cash-in" of their sudden windfall I guess.

...as I chanced upon visiting the local MIC operations office.....and it was a sad sight indeed.....to perhaps only see these "over-worked" (sic sic ) staff manning it, having their lunch.

...and just outside of town was this "camping ground' for our boys and girls in blue. What a sight ! I was told that the owner of this plot of "prime" land is getting RM136,000 for the duration of this buy-election. Now isn't that a tidy sum for a few days ?

.....even the flags were fluttering in full masts...as the chilly winds came in with the south-west monsoon season.
ahhh....this banner is really funny as it speaks volume of Cikgu Mala's edge over her opponent's irregularities involving a land auction scam when in his capacity as assistant district officer of Segamat. Heard also that the case is up for hearing this February 7th. Well.......if he wins this election tomorrow then "semuanya will be okay" !

But then one "taiko" interjected and gave his 2sens, that by midnight tonight he's be able to actually gauge a more precise percentage. I really believe this guy. I'm very curious and keen to meet him later tonight after the final "ceremah" or I will not be able to sleep tonight....come to think of it....I WILL not be able to sleep tonight anyways....you HAVE to hear Bernard's snore !!

....as they taunted and cheered in amusement at the sight of some UMNO Wanita doing their walk-abouts distributing oranges.

....and it was back to our 3-to-a-room "operations centre".... a modest suburb home-stay in Segamat. Guess our humble and crammed room is a far cry from the luxury afforded by bloggers from the "other" side. .......sigh !

Yes, we've heard them all before many many times, have we not folks ? Then they disappear for a long long time getting fatter and arrogant till it's time to come back again with fake smiles and limp handshakes and be like that long lost buddy you've not seen for a long long time, right my friend ? Hehehehe !

We've all heard our dear PM Najib making one such "promising deal" speech in Sibu below......so are the people of Tenang getting any goodies this time round ?


What about this promise (below) to the people of Tenang then......got deal meh ?....... Opps....forgot that the Chinese and Indians are only "irrelevant customers" here in this fair country of ours ! Their votes are not important to BN and UMNO in particular, to win cos they have the "buying" power in every buy.....errhh by-election, yes ?

So vote wisely this Sunday, dear "customers" of Tenang.....and not be cheaply short-charged again and again......unless you are an incurable masochist. In the meantime.....take whatever goodies offered to you by these false "prophets of doom", BUT vote with your head and heart and not waste your vote out of fear of change and the "indebtedness" of being bought !

Change is good.....but do it without fear and being "irrelevant" as Malaysians ! Go Tenangites... go for change NOW !

People of Tenang......especially the Chinese and the Indians of remote origins in China and India respectively should pay extra attention to the going-ons at UMNO meetings. This is just one example of a "towering and ketuanan" racist who undermines Najib's 1Malaysia hypocrisy plan, yes ? The sad part is we all think Najib is unaware of such goings on. In actual fact if the PM was sincere in his 1Crap, you'd want to ask "why was this idiot Johari not sacked or hauled up under the ISA", right ? I did put up this clip last November 1st. As long as this type of free speech is allowed in UMNO circles, I'd consider all component parties of BN especially the MCA and the MIC as cheap parasites waiting for hand-outs from the corrupt and worm-infected UMNO cake. the morning call for prayers from a loud-speaker froze these men immediately to stand in solemn prayer...

...while these 2 took an interest in me.... others were in "hopeful" prayer for their "cikgu Mala" the Pas candidate, as she is affectionately known to the locals.

across the street these men were deep in conversation either planning, plotting or just greeting and wishing each other...who knows ?

ahhh....the candidate herself. The lovely Cikgu Mala ( in 2-tone Pas green attire) posing with her campaign team. She looks lovelier up-close and in person....who cares if she does not want to "shake hands' with ugly lecherous old men.

hmmm.....BN or rather UMNO folks getting a "harass-free' passage through Opposition territory. I cannot say the same if it was vice versa...

I don't hate the man. See my up-bringing and my religion does not teach me such. And I'm sure yours don't too, yes ? I just want this old man to just shut-up, that's all ! Maybe I should also suggest here he take up gardening or go sailing in one of his many luxury yatch or ride his horse into the sunset in some far away place and leave us Malaysians to decide who would best be running the country now. It's game over for him now.

The Tenang "buy"-election would be another litmus test for the ever growing in popularity PR. So folks.....change and challenge the mighty "fatted cow" called BN. And please don't forget to take whatever "goodies" BN has to offer. After all whatever money they hand out is yours, laundered as UMNO goodies, okay.
But remember YOU are the "3rd. Force" and only you CAN and MUST be seen as the CHANGE that the BN so wishes otherwise, yes ?

Why does UMNO always have to run one race or the other down just to have a "shiok sendiri" feeling of being superior ? Recently a directive was issued to all pubs and entertainment outlet owners in particularly PJ, Selangor regarding guidelines to strictly adhere to when renewing their business and premise license and this week some of them met with their state assembly representative Hannah Yeoh protesting the absurd rules and conditions or "syarat-syarat" contained in 3 pages for pub and entertainment permits that the state municipal issues annually.

Order no. 11. No Smoking....hmmmmm....this is a direct violation of the fundamental rights of all individual cigar, cigarette and pipe smoker.

I protest on behalf of Zorro and Dino !

Ever since the "no verdict" judgement of the Teoh Beng Hock case was issued by our "independent" courts, even the police are now threatening to throw photo-journos who are doing their jobs, out of buildings for no apparent reason.

Is the Inspector General of Police just a "sotong" with no control over his men ? Have these so-called "protectors of the tax-paying" citizens no shame to don a uniform and instead of being guardians of the rakyat, go around threatening, arresting and intimidating the very same people who pay their salaries every month ?

I condemn the dirty actions against this photographer vehemently in this latest episode and want to put on record that we have the dirtiest police force money can buy. Is the Home Ministry going to come out with an apt explanation for this high-handedness by these mongrels who ride on motor-bikes and without a leash or are they going to be punished severely ?

Read both the conflicting reports here and here and draw your own conclusions and tell me if I am wrong to condemn them.

By the way I read in one report the "perpetrators" were auxiliary policemen and the other as plain-clothed policemen. Either way are auxiliary police issued hand-cuffs too ? Are they issued firearms too ? Educate me please cos this episode frightens the shit out of me for no reason.

Imagine the Pope going to a mosque celebration and his aides gave instructions to the mosque officials to cover the minarets and not reciting the azans or suras while in the Pope presence.

Two things would have happened. First someone would have just shot the Pope and secondly the rest of the Muslim world would have taken to the streets in protest over the instructions.

Let me make it clear here that comparing the Pope with Najib is like comparing Gandhi with Mugabe or the former old ex-premier the Tun but I said "imagine" because in reality, firstly the Pope would have kicked the asses of his aides and secondly he would not expect anything less other then partake in the joyous celebrations of any Muslims, azan and all and would have even blessed them with his papal signature of the cross in true Christian wit.

Najib, if he sincerely is ignorant of the actions of his over-zealous morons who double as aides should kick their asses and sack the whole lot now as they seem to be "fcuking-up" his oft heard 1Malaysia crap.

One thing's for sure.....the PM is surrounded by idiots and I'm wondering if they are actually planted and paid by the Opposition for screwing things up for him and with the elections looming near. You cannot control our thoughts or stretch a lie about what never really happened. Erasing the truth and planting seeds of lies can be compromised with hidden political agendas. Don't we all know that a lie, if audacious enough and repeated enough times, will be believed by the masses, said Goebbels, right ? History is what victors decide what you must know and believe but to feed us with half-truths and fabricated bull-shit is a crime against truth itself. It is a sin. For God's sake, tell it as it should be told ! My generation learned with interest about the early cavemen, the Indus Valley civilisation, the French revolution, the silk route, Jesus, Buddha, Hinduism,  Prophet Mohamad, the many battles of the world, about Greek Gods and the origin of the Olympics, the Roman empire, the English battles, the Russian empire, Mongolia and Temujin, the two great World Wars and also of a Hindu "runaway" prince from Palembang who founded Malacca. What chance does a Form 5 or 6 student today know or has even heard of any of the above other then a Muslim prince founding Melaka ? And in 5 parts in 1 text-book too ! Zilch I'd say. We didn't turn out so bad when it came to engaging in "worldly" conversations with anyone from anywhere in the world. We knew a little bit of a lot. Why did my generation do such a sinful wrong now ? Arrogance over ignorance ? Money over ethics ? Power over morals ? Or plain bastards ? We also know now when we were students, we were never taught to research much, for the simple lack of electronic technology then, nor were we taught to question the notes the teachers taught kids through-out their teaching careers. Once in a while a rare teacher emerged with unorthodox teaching methods. Otherwise we repeated answers during exams verbatim to what was taught by teachers to garner marks and grades. What took them so long ?

The title above is what has secretly been nagging on the minds of every decent, self-respecting citizen in our country for a long time now.

Yes, this "tempe" loaded former chief minister of Selangor and now ex-Opposition state leader has been plundering the state from the day he took office....and on the night he was ousted he shredded every shred of evidence and file, into the wee hours of the morning to cover his corrupt arse. And even with that obvious act of crookedness the public at large( not me.....but YOU !) especially those in UMNO had him still appointed to head the Opposition team until yesterday when he was charged in court for corruptly accepting 2 pieces of land from a crony developer. ( here )

This just goes to show how bandits are groomed and bred in UMNO. And what is more shameful is, such acts of wrong-doings are okayed by all within BN, without as much as searching their souls to admit they were lobbying for a bloody crook. If you knew such crimes of cheating of fellow citizens was wrong but yet you blindly spoke in his defense then you are no better then this crook, if not in action but in conscience.

There were very many allegations hurled against him, from misappropriation of state funds spent flying business class for his entire family, including an entourage of maids to Disneyland in the pretext of a study tour and at the expanse of the tax-payers to allegations of his wife's involvement in some RM10 million illegal transfers of association funds to private accounts to living in a palatial "malaghai" costing RM23 million and an endless list of other acts of deceit but then......arrogance ruled the day and was approved as kosher by UMNO and BN goons.

This rogue with his famous "semuanya ok" ( everything is okay ! ) phrase is finally brought to justice......but the bigger question is, will he actually be tried and charged "fairly" as civil society warrants ? "Fairly" here has nothing to do with his sudden "fair and lovely" complexion of his "tempe" face but will he pay the appropriate and just sentence for his heinous crimes against civil society without fear and favor by our "jesters" in court ?

Then again remember who is still the puppet-master of our questionable and "honourable" judiciary's strings ? Me thinks this is all a charade and this second generation son of a "pendatang" dentist will be let-off with as much as a "slap on the wrist". Wanna bet ?

Now if only this same investigations and humiliation were initiated on that old racist ex-premier...that would be something huh ?.......sigh !

Today I want to direct this post to all indigenous Sarawakians most especially those who have moved to the "Semenanjung" or the Peninsular and have lost touch with the reality back home.

There is total looting taking place in Sarawak by UMNO's key depositors....the Chief Minister Taib and his family... and worst off are other basic indigenous rights being robbed in the quest of "islamisation" of Sarawak wherein kids in schools are "unconsciously" converted from either Christians or "with no-religion" to Muslims ! Did you know that ? The PR Opposition is fighting a losing battle when cries for reform falls on or "blackened-out" by the corrupted BN machinery.

Sarawak has no "official" religion and English is the official language (has anybody actually got or seen the 18 or 20 point Sarawak agreement ?)......but today all that has changed... a plunderer for the past 30 years, called Mohamad Taib together with his family have altered all that and sold all of the native Sarawakians' rights to UMNO in exchange for a "licence to rape and plunder" an entire state so rich with natural resources and beautiful native culture and traditions.

I urge you to click on the rogue's face on the side-bar and listen to this SW radio station "Radio Free Sarawak" as it spills the beans on the shameful Taib and his Empire and forward it to your families back home. There's talk of a Sarawak state election happening this month.
