"celaka" behaviour anyone ?

"I may be a disable...but I will not take any intimidation", warns Karpal Singh of the despicable action of 22 morons claiming to be Selangor UMNO Youth members, yesterday afternoon !

This is the worst show of arrogant and belligerent tactics of, if indeed, as claimed by UMNO Youth ! Shit man....what kind of barbaric behavior is this ? Attacking an old man in a wheel-chair ? How much lower can they go ? What protection is there for members of parliamentians when this august house is invaded by a bunch of rowdy hooligans ? Is parliamentary immunity not granted to it's members ? How can these vermins even be admitted into the sacred grounds in such large numbers ? Did they have a police permit to assemble there ? And I got a string of foul superlatives for the police and security guards manning the revered House !

Why is my holy PM and our clean PM-in-waiting and all other leaders in BN so silent on this disgraceful fracas right in the lobby of Parliament ? Are they all sitting back and watching "ketuanan Melayu" played-out at it's best ?
Come on people....this is the culture now by certain privileged quarters and making a spectacle in the grounds of the parliament, screaming threats and abuse at an old parliamentarian in a wheel-chair adds mileage points, come election time, yes ? And this kind of "biadap" behaviour has the blessings of all UMNO and Barisan component parties, right ?

Say something all you idiots in MIC and MCA .......the silence is deafening !......
or has the cat got your tongues ? And if no one is condemning this act, I take it that we have an elected government who is all in total agreement and encourages such damned ( celaka) behaviour ! We have courts, don't we ?

One only have to see the tape on the bravado of this loud 22 chest-thumping morons ( some even in suits ) to access their level of maturity and intelligence.
Sheeesh, sheeesh and double sheeeesh !!

KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 27 (Bernama) -- The High Court here was told Friday that the use of the word "Allah" in publications relating to Christianity is no longer prohibited due a new order gazetted by the Home Minister early this year.

Senior federal counsel Nizam Zakaria, for the Attorney-General's Chambers, informed the court that the Home Minister, as the first respondent in the judicial review proceeding initiated by the Titular Roman Catholic Archbishop of Kuala Lumpur, had gazetted the order dated Jan 21, 2009, entitled 'Internal Security (Prohibition On Use of Specific Words on Document and Publication) Order 2009'.

The gazette says: 'The printing, publishing, sale, issue, circulation and possession of any document and publication relating to Christianity containing the words Allah, Kaabah, Baitullah and Solat are prohibited unless on the front cover of the document and publication are written with the words 'FOR CHRISTIANITY".

The order was gazetted in Feb 16, 2009 and takes effect from that date. Following this development, counsel Porres P.Royan, for the applicant, Archbishop Datuk Murphy Pakiam, informed Justice Lau Bee Lan that they would have a discussion with the AG's Chambers on the implication of the order.

"If, after discussion we find comfort, then obviously the matter may not have to proceed and be heard. We will inform the court if we find an amicable settlement.

"It is still too early for us to come to a decision one way or another," he said, requesting for the court to give two to three months time for the parties before fixing any hearing date of the judicial review application.

Earlier, Porres told the court that he would proceed with the application to set aside the order of intervention sought on Nov 21 last year by seven state Islamic religious councils -- Federal Territory, Terengganu, Penang, Selangor, Kedah, Johor and Melaka -- and the Malaysian Chinese Muslim Association (MCMA) to intervene and be named as respondents in the judicial review proceedings.

The court fixed May 28 to hear this application together with the Malaysian Gurdwaras Council's application to intervene as well.

The court also fixed June 7 to hear the application by the seven state islamic religious councils and the MCMA, to refer the case to the Federal Court on the constitutional question.

On May 5, last year, Archbishop Datuk Murphy, as publisher of The Herald, named the Home Ministry and Government of Malaysia as respondents in his action for a declaration that the decision of the respondents dated Feb 12, 2008, prohibiting him from using the word "Allah" in "Herald-The Catholic Weekly" is illegal.

He is also seeking a declaration that he is entitled to use the word "Allah" and that the word "Allah" is not exclusive to the religion of Islam.

The security guards can't help because the incident is under the jurisdiction of Police's Crime Prevention Unit or Gangsters Busters Dept as the people involved and initiated are all Samsengs !

Generally, such tactics were used by a minority party - mostly of the fascist type - in order to seize control of government. It's VERY difficult to find majority governments resorting to such low-class samseng behavior against representatives of minority parties, so in a real sense UMNO Youth's attacks on Karpal is unique. It illustrates that there's no limit to depravity when it comes to UMNO. As I wrote in M-T, what's equally reprehensible is the stain on the good name of the Malay community, and the disrepute it brought to Malaysia. We've to double our efforts to tell the world that those UMNO Youth lowlifes do not represent the Malays, and most certainly do not typify the average Malaysian either.

Nicely said brother, it's funny how PEOPLE can treat someone for his own personal views and rights. It took 22fellas (probably more)to hold someone (who is kinda disabled) because they couldn't believe what they heard yet they act like people from the land of the uncivilised. Honestly, it's every man on his own out there, whoever takes over the country is still going to have to wash the asshole of this country. Just my point of view, hopefully some PEOPLE won't come and hold me up and ask me to say what i say here cause they can't believe what they read!! hehehe....
