PS: Irony that they have this song "Andainya Aku Pergi Dulu Sebelummu". One part goes "ku nanti mu di pintu syurga". Imagine him, while battling cancer for the past eight years, having to sing this line with the knowledge that death was on his doorstep...

I have had the good fortune to meet David and Loga several times up-close and personal and the last being in the NPC about maybe 2 years ago where they performed together for a media function (for free!) before they had to rush off to another gig at a leading hotel... and these guy are so friendly and no"airs" about them although they are pretty famous...true blue Penangites, yes that's what they are, more like one of the guys !

Alleycats is my favourite band since i am young until now...
I still remember me, my brother and sisters choosing the song "sampaikanlah salam" for the Juara Lagu. If i am not mistaken it was in 1989. And i am still listening to their song. In fact, while posting this comment, i am listening to their "Senandung Semalam".
